Had an awesome experience here. My salesman was Jacob Williams and he was super helpful. He helped me find a great car, and told me how everything works. Other dealerships I have been to just hand me the keys and let me go on, so my fiancé and I liked that about him. I ended up buying the car! There was an issue with the tags being sent somewhere, but Jacob figured it out all out for me. I highly suggest this dealership and Jacob Williams.

Dropped my vehicle off for a service at 8am. It was for a smoke test that would have taken 4 hours. After 5 hours had gone by, I tried to call to get an update. I never received an answer or a call back. I tried calling 3 more times the same business day before closing without an answer. After the business has closed, I checked my Kia app to find my vehicle had been left unlocked. The next morning I attempted to call, only to be told I’d receive a call back in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by without a phone call. When I finally was able to talk to Darius, my service advisor, I was told my vehicle hadn’t even been started on and was responded to in a manor that I was being unreasonable. It is unacceptable to keep someone’s vehicle for more than 1 business day without letting the customer know that would be the situation. The communication with their customers is extremely poor.

Don't trust their "master mechanics" working on your car, a lot of their carelessness could have cost me thousands!! I have been harping about oil light coming on and to look for potential leaks. First time I was told there was no issues and everything looked fine. Didn't like the answer and looked under car and saw obvious oil pan leak. Second time i came in for an airbag rcall and specifically asked for them to also look for potential oil pan leak; I was told there was no leak. Third time I came in for oil change and told them oil light came back on and asked if it was buring oil or leaking. Got a call and was told it had an oil pan leak and it had "barely had any oil". So I wonder if it wasn't for "barely any oil" left in the car if they would have noticed the leak?? Spoke to a manager about how this repetitive carelessness could have cost me thousands and potential but myself and my family in danger(he seemed like he couldn't care less) and tried to spin it back at me if something did happen that "well sir its your car"(your responsibility). Needless to say I will never be going here again and rather drive and extra 20 min to go to W-S or GSO kia dealership.

Marina Marina Marina is who you need to speak to at Carolina Kia. Honey she is the truth she is what a real sales person is hands down my best car shopping experience. I told her what I needed and expectations and baby she delivered and I mean from the car to my payment plan with a warranty/gap even down to a better insurance company to help this single mom feel secure. If you are looking make sure you get her cause baby she will be my go to for now on. And no I'm not just trying to hype this up she is really the truth cause I don't ever leave reviews but she helped me get back mobile so this mom can be a super mom for her kid and for that I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Pretty awesome staff each time I come in. Every time I feel that something is going on with my Suv they kinda put me at ease. Great customer service from the service manager and the guy who test drove my car to make sure everything was ok. I think I owe it to them to give them a 5 star! From what I see, they are great with their customers. I hope the great work keeps up with any future encounters that we may have! I wouldn’t go to any other location.

+ 5 Carolina Kia is and will always be my go-to for car service. I love the spirit of the people and the whole atmosphere. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I bought the first 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz yesterday and I love it. Larry Spates gets 10 stars for his effort to get me in to see and purchase this vehicle less than 24 hours after it had been on the lot. I would highly recommend getting down there to get yours FAST if they call you because I had to compete with a few guys who wanted the car at the same time
