I switch carriers from cricket to metro by T-Mobile. I was charged 170$. TCL 5g Is only $19.99 and Rate plan 50$ plus activation. She over charged me. Steal my money. I asked for a receipt she said she was out of printer paper got away with that excuse. I do not recommend this store watch out on your prices.

I got to this store even before they were suppose to close and the guy working there had already locked the door and seemed very unconcerned about my phone bill needing to get paid. The thing was that it was the last day of the cycle. I would recommend going with a different location or service provider.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Woman working the store whether she is the owner or an employee has a serious attitude problem. I come in the store to ask some questions about service plans and phones. I was gave nothing but sarcastic answers and a sorry attitude. As I walked around the store and was looking at phones she stood behind her desk huffing and puffing the entire time I was there to the point I just left and walked out because I got tired of hearing it. I guess because I didn't want the highest plan they had to offer and wasn't trying to blow my money on stuff I don't use I wasn't going to get any assistance from her. I WILL NOT be going back to this store or giving them my business. I would advise others to stay away from this place. Check out your other options. Save yourself the time and headache of having to deal with someone with such a bad vibe and sorry attitude and attiveness to a potential customer.

Thank you to Marleni Guzman at the store on Fairfield in High Point. This was the second cell phone store i went to. What made me decide to get service with MetroPCS is that she was interested, informative, and patient. Great job!

This store deserves zero stars. On 09/03/19 my 67 year old mother visited the store to purchase a new phone. Seemed simple enough so i thought. She was greeted with rudeness, the employee did not explain the process, they charged her $105 and sent her out the store in tears. This store has poor quality merchandise, extremely poor customer service, and have no respect for the senior citizens of our community. I filed a complaint with FTC and with BBB. TBC....

Been to this location multiple times. Purchased my original phone there. Been back for phone accessories and now a replacement phone. Never have any accessories in stock or new phone now to replace my old broken one. Tried getting me to upgrade my service and then sell me a much cheaper model phone. Really????

I was treated like TRASH!!! I never been treated so horribly. My mom has to talk for me cuz he had my heart racing. He refused to help me. He refused to call the manager or owner because he said it was a Sunday.. But I had just got this phone last Saturday, it was messing up so I ask for help and he refuses . my mom told him we was not leaving without help or a call to the manager and he rolled his eyes and said no. My mom told him everything that was wrong with the phone and said if it was his phone how would he fell off he was me he said " I work so I can pay for a new phone and not need to beg for another one. The reason he said that is because the video camera is very blurry on my phone and I do YouTube videos and get paid. So that's why he said he actually works for a living, basically that's saying that I don't.. But the whole time we was in that store, he rolled his eyes. We had witnesses.. There was about 6 other people in that store. He had one lady upset over how he was treating us, so she told him how dare he treat a human that way but especially a paying customer..she then asked him as well to please call the manager to help us and he said he will call the police on us instead at that time I told my mom let's go. But before us was a guy who wanted to switch phone companies and he told that guy no! Then he had customers coming in wanting to pay a bill and he sent them all back out the door ANGRY Because he said he didn't know how to process the payments yet! At that point I was thinking he is new.. But the way me and my mom was treated today was worse than you can imagine. NOBODY on earth should be treated the way we was today. He talked to us like dogs or worse. He had no care or sympathy. This treatment should have been recorded because NOBODY will believe it. also I told him that the employees at Metro on five points are EXTREMELY nice and helpful and treat customers like family and he said "well, in that case, we are done here" if that store we was at has cameras and volume they will back up everything I told you... My mom was so upset she had to walk out the store a min. He had her crying in anger... I beg you please help me report this to that store owner. Before all the customers there go through what I did. He Already got 3 of us.. So I'm left clueless.. Don't know who to turn to for help.. I paid for my phone and should have got help today. I have more to say but the important part is already listed. I'm just so upset at how we was treated. Oh one more thing. See all Metro stores are franchisee right? Well that one on South main is and the one on five points is.. I purchase my phone at South main store and the employees at South main store said they don't do warranties, that I had to go to five points and do it, that their the main office.. I told them they are different owners, and that where you but the phone is where you request a new one on warranty and they said no that I was wrong and I also told them that five points isn't the main office.. That the main office is in Greensboro.. But please help me. Thank you so much to who took time to read this . I wouldn't treat my worst enemy like he did me. Lord I wish I could post a video of how HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THIS MANTREATED ME... AND I HAVE NOBODY TO TELL TO TAKE CARE OF IT..
