Going to this location is the WORST the guy doesn’t want to help!!! I am due for upgrade he said discount and cheapest one is $69.99! He did not seem interested in helping me a customer!! So I said I will go to the other location if u don’t want to help turned and walked away!! They say they pride themselves in there service!! I do not agree!!! I would rate 0 star if I could!!!

Dishonest practices. Bought a phone and a prepaid plan and wanted to return the phone the very next day. They told me that I could not get a refund for the phone and could not return it. That the phone was part of the plan. That was not true and I called corporate who resolved the problem in a few minutes. These people are trying to take advantage of customers and a no refund policy is against the law, unless it is posted and agreed to. Go somewhere else. In fact, pick another mobile carrier. This store destroyed the image of Metro for me. They were also rude and did not care.

My experience was terrible. For starters I couldn't keep my number so I had to come on as a new customer. I got the Galaxy A10, and a new number. My second day I realized my text wasn't working went back to store, he told me I need a new number. Called the 800 number, we reset the phone several times, refresh the phone several times, but they couldn't fix it. Even did it manually. I would have to buy a new phone because the phone they sold me didn't work. I left the company after four weeks of the same problems. And what's worse it's like they didn't care.

This store is completely ridiculous. Got a phone and case on Saturday and 2 days later it messed up. Took it back to the store yesterday they said nothing was wrong and it was the cellular service. They reset the phone, still no good. Customer service from T mobile tried last night to reset and still no good. Was told to take it back. Today they would not honor the return policy and said they would have to get a refurbished warranty phone in 3 days. Salesman had to call another boss on the phone and was talking in another language to him. This is crazy. There is no way to understand what the one was telling the other one. Beware of this store.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Kevin. I was able to tell him what exactly I wanted and he was able to deliver. I have four lines on my phone and I change two of them today and I'll be back in another week or two to purchase two more phones as well as accessories. It's nice to deal with someone that is Pleasant.
