I went to US Cellular right beside the tobacco store to ask them could they put a phone case on my iPhone 12 and Mrs Donna told me No they could not because I have to buy the accessories from that store in order to put it on and the guy that was in there working with her his name is Austin he agreed.This is the second time I have been to this US Cellular across from Southern Bank and denied serviced or Mrs Donna makes up an excuse. I took my phone to the other US Cellular and they put the case on for me. Mrs Donna and Austin should be fired that was very unprofessional and that’s not how you run a business. US CELLULAR needs to get rid of Mrs Donna she is very unprofessional!!!!

Never ever go to this place... they are NO HELP AT ALL. I visited on Friday, Nov.16, 2018 and Lydia the associate was not helpful, nonchalant, and didn’t offer any resolutions at all. I left there and went to Reel Wireless by Food Lion and walked out with a new iPhone and great service.

Don't go here call US CELLULAR directly. Ez Page has poor customer severe did not offer to help me sent me to go to another store when they could of heloped me per US Cellar but they did not even try. Don't waste your time or money at EZ Page.

My wife said not to go to ez page. They have poor customer service . They told her to take the iPhone 7 she ordered from Us Cellular to Williamton, Tarboro, Rocky Mountain, or Elizabeth City to get IPhone 7 activated. When she called 611 US Cellular Angel took care of everything over the phone. My wife was told all Ez Page staff had to do was call US Cellular if they didn't know how to take care of the issues Ez Page staff was not interested in helping my wife.
