My rep kept assuming that she knew what I wanted. She treated me like I was stupid. I had a few questions I wanted to ask and after I asked the first question, she went on to assume that I didn't need anything else. She knew I had questions because I told her so right when we started. That irritated me a little. I got the feeling that she really didn't want to be there at all. I didn't take it personally because it was a general thing where she would have given off the same vibe to anyone else who might have been there instead of me. She knew her job and was knowledgeable. She just could have been friendlier.

I was helped by Ms. Teresa who was very helpful and fast. I hate standing around in cell phone places. She saw i was agitated and moved quickly. I was satisfied with the service i received. Good job to her. I think she is a floor trainer or manager.

There is no real explanation about pricing. Ignore that Man behind the curtain,,,, okay,,, I really thought their service would be the Best. I mean they all run off their Towers. ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE,,, I left Spectrum, long story,,, Got my first Verizon Bill. It was literally 100.00 higher than told. And my monthly bill is 40.00 higher than quoted. Smoke and Mirrors,, I really don't know how Verizon thinks they can keep charging outrageous prices. When other companies are selling services for Half the Price. I went straight to Wal-Mart,, bought a phone for 112.00,,it's mine free and clear. And went to Tmobile. When you call the Customer Service of T Mobile,, it says what,,? Thank you for contacting Verizon. I'm paying 40.00 dollars a month for the exact same service. At Verizon they would charge you 15.00 a month for the same phone for 2 years. And then act like they done you a favor. I knew better, I can't blame anyone but myself. Years ago 2006, I went to Jamaica, and they put me on a 30 day international plan. For like 15cents a minute. I might have talked a couple hrs.to the US. When I got my Bill it was like 900.00 dollars, and this was 2006. I went it seemed to the Supreme Court and got nowhere with those Clowns. I really wish there was something good to say,, Oh yeah ,,I'm alive. Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah!!!!

They require masks. They are professional and friendly. They know their products and sales. They understand the billing and are very capable of explaining it.

I went in to have my Apple Watch set up. Tiffany helped me and she was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and helped me thoroughly understand everything. She also was extremely polite and just overall a very valuable employee that any company would want. Thank you so much, Tiffany!

If i could, id leave a "no star" rating. Sales person was either clueless about what inventory store had, or simply lied to try to sell more expensive phones, and even let me leave store without making the purchase i wanted. I lean toward the latter. As, inventory is a mandatory thing to keep updated in any business. Best to buy you items online and choose this store as a pick up location only. That way you are guaranteed to get the items you want, and not a commission based purchase to a deceptive sales person.

Back in July 2021 I was promised that I will receive a discount per line of $700, if I trade in my device to them. But the reality was that everything was a lie and I ended up paying much more than what was promised. I do not recommend Verizon it's not what it used to be
