Will not leave a bad review just wanted to give my feedback on my experience.. everthing was fine until my medicine was "out of stock" for over a month, I understand things can happen but then I ran into issues with my medicaid then got it fixed and set up doctors appointments through my medicaid and the lady kept telling me it's not active and the way they run insurance in their system is different and that I should pay for my medicine.. I felt like I was just pushed off to the side and ignored. And have been going two months without my medicine for my incurable auto immune disease. Just disappointed 😞

Terrible customer service. My fiance takes medication to control seizures. We transferred a prescription here but they didn't have the medicine in stock yet. I understood having to wait for it to arrive. Yet, the prescription still wasn't filled once it arrived. I had to call back and request it a second time. Because of this, he was completely out of medication before it was ready for pickup. Asheboro Drug refuses to offer monthly auto-fills on his medications, like other pharmacies do, because they are "controlled substances." Nor do they honor Federal regulations that allow controlled substances to be filled 2 days early on 30 day supplies. They claim it has to be 30 days exactly. Due to this, and the issues filling the first prescription, he would completely run out of medicine each month before they would refill it. Missing a single dose of this medication can cause seizures. Asheboro Drug showed zero concern and their rigid policies made us feel treated like drug seekers. I highly recommend Prevo Drug instead. They personally called his neurologist to obtain new prescriptions and set up all of his medications on their MedSync auto-fill program. They also offer MedPak so all of his medications will be packaged together with the date and time for each dosage. Plus, they offer free delivery to our home. Prevo Drug treated us with empathy and respect and they offered solutions to ensure medication compliance which is a huge weight off of our shoulders when managing a chronic illness.

Been working with Asheboro Drug for 14 years and we have never, ever been disappointed in the level of service they give. Never had a pharmacy entire staff be so caring. God bless you all!

We don't business with Asheboro Drug many many yrs we were very happy but we recently got hurt and really let down I am.not mad but really disappointed my grandson is on several medications and I think we bacame a hassle thinks wasn't making sense i.just thought we meant more to them but it's fine I will not give them a bad name but I will tell them.how hurt and disappointed we're are I know they got tired of us calling and checking on my grandsons meds bc one of the girls hung up on me but it Was Not the red hair girl.shevwas always really nice to me

If privacy is important to you go anywhere else. This pharmacy’s fazes your personal information to other businesses fax machines. Your personal insurance and prescription information is lying if other businesses fax machines. When you call to explain the young lady is beyond rude. They do not care there breaking hippa rules and regulations. Great way to protect your customers.
