Store was barley stocked..and even though I needed 4 balloons to be inflated I was told it would be the next day due to orders for people who weren't present

The two employees I came into contact with were pleasant. The shelves could be stocked more but they could be waiting on supplies. I did walk out with items I was not necessarily there for.

Store was closed when I got there, because they wanted to close early for walk ins. If you had a prepaid balloon order they would bring it out to you but we could not get in the store to shop. The time said 8pm close it was 725 when i pulled in the parking lot.

I pre-order Graduation balloons last night and picked them up around 7pm got them home and this morning when waking up my ballon’s were all deflated.! Complete BullCrap. Totally upset so I spent $20 on what.? Deflated balloons.?..

Worst attendant on counter. Behaves rude in front of kids & mentioned wall helium balloons not for sale. Don’t know if she wants to portray as museum.

I enjoyed my time in this Party City. I purchased two numbered balloons and they added the helium for free since the balloons were larger .. it literally took less than 5 minutes 🤩 The balloons were for a friend's Photoshoot. All right to this photo is owned by GN Photography 📸

They might be closing down which is unfortunate but in the meantime, the customer service was horrible. I spent 5 minutes roaming the store trying to find help and then found 3 ladies in the back standing around chatting. There was a huge line up front and no one to help.

Ordered a balloon boutique order with 2 bags of candy, a stuffed bear and basket to be delivered. Upon delivery I found out the large primary balloon wasn't included and the balloon bouquet looked like a child put it together. It looked nothing like the online picture. Had I not asked when the order was delivered I wouldn't have known about the large $10 balloon was missing or how bad the bouquet looked. Also while very nice, the delivery person didn't know where to go and also deflated one of the balloons. No one called to tell me the balloon was out of stock or ask if I wanted a replacement. I had to call to make sure I receive a refund which I'm told will take 10 days. No I would not recommend using this location for a balloon bouquet.

There was so many items to see and choose from, it was a fun kind of overwhelming! We needed tear-off tickets for an event that we could not find in two other different stores, but we were surprised that Party City had them in stock with FOUR different colors to choose from. A friendly cashier topped off our fun trip up and down each isle. Go here before you go have fun !
