Brandie that works at dollor general (one with the big red birth mark) is beyond rude ive had many friends tell me they had felt uncomfortable an not welcomed by her presents . she followed me around the store an kept asking if i needed help finding anything mind you i obviously got money so why steal . my mother went in there an said she was treated more poorly , the employee brandie, had a very unwelcoming attitude an snapped at my mother for not reason get her fired !!! an the black male dosent speek or great costumers an has a mean mug like brandie’s

Horrible customer service. I walk in and both employees are standing at the door and say nothing to me as I walk by, they just stare at and whisper something to each other. As people walk in behind me, they are all greeted by these same employees. As I'm shopping I'm hearing one of these same employees at the checkout greet each customer with a "hello, how are you?" or "hello, did you find everything you need?" Then when done, they say, "Thank you, have a nice day." When I go to checkout the same employee doesn't say a word to me as she's ringing up my items. So I say how are you doing? She says fine, thanks. When done, again, she just hands me my receipt without saying a word. I feel like they were discriminating against me for some reason and acting like I was going to steal something from the store. I'm actually an Engineer with a Master's degree and 6 figure salary so don't always judge a book by it's cover. I won't be coming back to this store due to their suspect behavior and will instead shop at one of the other Dollar General stores on North Oak Trafficway. Their employees are much friendlier and don't discriminate like the ones at this location do.

Typical Dollar general got most everything you need except whenever they haven't had a chance to stock the shelves which is the day that I went but they had their stuff there and we're working on it so all in all can't complain situation they generally get your dollar LOL have a fire day! The inferno!

An older woman at the register short changed me a dollar. I showed her what was in my hand (five dollars and she still owed me a one) and she accused me of putting the dollar in my purse already. The store manager was nice and professional and gave me my dollar (because who lies over a dollar? I guess at dollar general every dollar counts Lol)

$ General, Antioch Rd. Young black male working at the counter, no smile very slow and the worst part waste of his pants were almost down to his knees. They should insist he be more professional, doubt if he lasts long.

Typical Dollar General.... Aisles blocked with boxes, shelves disorganized, floors dirty.... But great prices on a lot of items & friendly, helpful employees. As usual, parking is a mess. *****I don't understand how they get away with being so completely UNaccessible to anyone with a cane, let alone a walker or wheelchair*****

I don't want to give any star's but you have to. I really like to shop at Dollar General but this store and the people that work there are just nasty. This is one of the dirtiest store's in the Northland.

I haven't found a Dollar General store yet (in my area) that is even decent. They are all dirty and unorganized. They either have boxes of inventory stacked in the aisle or they are out of merchandise. The digital coupon they offer rarely work and merchandise seems to ring up wrong A LOT so be sure to check your receipt! The employees have little to no knowledge of store policies, products or how to operate the register. In my opinion, if corporate hired some qualified management and monitored the stores more, I think they would increase their business and have a better reputation. I like the prices, the convenience, the selection and the coupons but there is a lot of room for improvement.

This place was the worst storm I have ever been to In My Life! There were literally 8 people in line in front of me, the girl in the back was mad because she had to come up and open her register, then she only took cash only customers. The store was completely dirty and trashed, there were boxes and carts everywhere on the floor... And to top it off the customer service was rude! Like I said, never again!!!
