This place is GREAT! Every time I need a special / hard to find battery this place has it or can get it. They haven't let me down yet (5 times this year) . The staff is also very professional and polite. Brandon, Rick and Ryan all take great care of me everytime. .The store also has had a recent remodel .looks really nice! Good job guys . Will continue to keep coming in for all my battery needs .

I came to Batteries Plus because my iPhone wouldn’t turn on. Rick took excellent care of me I’m super happy! He fixed my phone I was able to keep all of my information. I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here. Ask for Rick he is the best !!

This place rips you off. Sells you lifetime replacement, then when I return for a second battery change they claimed my key didn’t match their description in the system and wouldn’t change my battery. I have had the same car for years there is absolutely zero chance this is true. Horrible customer service. Will never return.

Beware they sell junk refurb car batteries and pass them off as new. This is fraud. 20 dollar at best worthless batteries for 200. They die after a few weeks and then they don't honor the supposed warranty with some bullsh excuse. They have been reported and will be shut down and sued.

Scammers. $200 car battery died after 2 months. Would not honor the warranty gave me a nonsense story. 200 down the toilet. Dont waste your time here. They sell pure junk. Go to Oreillys or autozone they will honor the warranty no questions.

Fantastic customer support. I needed my phone battery changed. There was one nice gentleman working and he served all the customers while doing my phone. It was a very short wait and he did terrific job. Very happy!

I needed to replace a battery in my 3 year old Hyundai Santa Fe. Dealer was charging over $300.00 and a mobile service $275.00 (both with 1 year warranty). I called Batteries Plus and spoke with Jamar. He was very helpful in confirming that the correct battery was in stock and started an invoice over the phone to save time when I had AAA jump start me and drive over. When I arrived, Gary answered phone and helped with order that Jamar had started. Gary installed my new battery with a 3 year warranty and Jamar helped after his return from lunch and with checkout. Jamar also offered me an online coupon and my final bill was approximately $155.00. This store takes such good care of their customers and really care about perfect customer care. I will definitely return for all of my battery needs and recommend to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Jamar and Gary!!!

I have at least an 6 year history doing business with B+. Boats cars and various other toys all need batteries. The pricing is competitive and the staff knows batteries. After a dozen batteries all good and making it past the warranty period I had one that wasn’t performing. They immediately tested it and helped me with a solution. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
