Ok I originally gave a bad review because of the cost of Watch batteries. I paid 19.99 for two. I come to find out that is a great price and it does include a lifetime warranty. My apologies to Batteries Plus. I just received a call from the manager offering to refund me for the difference with a regular battery. That changed my opinion of Batteries plus. Thank you!

I went in to buy a couple of light bulbs.I had to wait 20 minutes. No one in the store acknowledge my presence or even asked me what I wanted. The person behind the register never looked up to see what was going on in the store. I walked out. Without purchasing anything. Odds of going back slim and none.

Awesome customer service. I dropped my iphone and cracked the screen. I brought it here for screen replacement. The technician checked all functions of the phone first and found that there were other issues as well and suggested it wasn't worth replacing the screen because there were charging problems and I would be better replacing it. They even tried another battery to see if that was the issue. They charged me nothing. Who does that anymore???? Highly recommend for honest service, expert advice and very fair pricing. 10 stars.

They have everything in stock for all your needs. They always have the exact bulb that I need. A great place to get replacement Lava Light bulbs and multi colored bulbs. Every battery, too.

Please think twice before you use this company for any battery purchases. They will not honor any warranties on your batteries on top of overcharging you for everything. I purchased a battery form them in Aug of 2017 with a 36month warranty. The battery failed after about a year later. Upon inspection it was found that the battery had a bad cell after multiple tests and inconveniences to me. The battery was duracell AGM. That battery was replaced and within a few months that one went bad as well. I contacted the store and was sold an upgrade which costed a little over $400 with a 4yr warranty. After 23months the battery will not hold a charge and they will not honor my warranty. This is very upsetting. The salesman will sell you a very expensive battery that is suppose to be better in quality than the previous battery. But will not honor the warranty after the battery has showed signs of failure after 23months, totally ridiculous. I own a local pool company and have spent about $1500 just on batteries alone in the past 5yrs which are supposed to be warrantied. The store staff insults your intelligence when you question there so called expertise. Complete waste of money. PLEASE FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY AND ACTUALLY HONOR A WARRANTY AS CLAIMED. This last battery was purchased in May of 2020 claimed to have a 4yr warranty. It has been 23months and the battery will not hold a charge. But do you think they care about it .. No think again! I will be reaching out to corporate because this is just unacceptable. In the meantime I will let everyone know how bad of a rip-off that this company is. Please beware!

I needed batteries for the boat and they had the exact replacement. I had to go to two stores to get both batteries but I'm quite happy with the purchase. Pro tip: buy them on line, you can sign up for a 20% discount and get it immediately. They also usually have store coupons but have to ask for them prior to paying for it in the store. Also bring your old battery so you don't have to pay the core charge.
