The person who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We had a rather complicated situation with a hard deadline to meet yet he was able to help us resolve everything and get us the phones we needed on the plan we needed within a very short time window. If he isn't already he should be training other people because that guy just gets it. Pro tip: buy them on line, you can sign up for a 20% discount and get it immediately. They also usually have store coupons but have to ask for them prior to paying for it in the store.
