9 Best cell phone store in St. Petersburg, Florida (FL) 2024

It was an okay visit. Logan was a very nice and pleasant person to work with. He replaced my screen protector and was very thorough with just that. I opted to just place an order online to save $30 especially when I was told they closed in 10 minutes and it was too late to do a data transfer. It was an okay visit as mentioned before. I was fortunate to have my last interactions be with Logan. ~Jasmine

The person who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We had a rather complicated situation with a hard deadline to meet yet he was able to help us resolve everything and get us the phones we needed on the plan we needed within a very short time window. It was truly remarkable. Definitely one of the best customer service/sales experiences of my life. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate his service a 15. If he isn't already he should be training other people because that guy just gets it. We never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell us anything, he helped us make informed choices that best suited our needs. ~Timothy

I have paid my bill at this location many times, and have always received good service. I have never had a smart phone until yesterday, so I was looking at several services, but my mind kept coming back to here. I have been out of town with friends that have Verizon, Sprint etc, and when their service is out of the area, I can always get/and make my phone calls, and I had the little flip phone forever. Probably the last person in America! LOL. Nonetheless, Adam answered all of my questions and was patient and kind. I was a little worried about the service since I read a bad review. Something about this being a den of thieves, regardless, I have always known this to "Not be the case". That poor review had to be about someone I am sure Management has weeded out, because I have met one person after another and all the times I've done business here, it has been a good memory. I was very lucky to get the service I received, but something tells me that Adam provides this kind of service every single time. Thank you Metro PCS. ~Bonnie

I visited this location on Sunday, instead of the going to the corporate store. I was greeted by Omar. He was assisting with other customers, but said he would be right with us. When it was our turn, Omar listened to our problems, asked questions and was able to problem solve with us. I liked that he took a neutral approach with us. When other customers came in he didn't get overwhelmed and was able to assist them as well. He didn't make us seem less then. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Omar for being so patient with two ladies who are not tech savvy! ~C

This store has won me over. I had a terrible experience at another store. They really messed up my plan and very dishonest. Nick did everything in his power to make it right and he did. Honesty goes a long way and there is no one I’d rather deal with than an honest person. He fixed my plan and stayed on top of the issue until it was taken care of. Any metro store you go in most employees do the bare minimum. You can tell they hate their job. And it reflects in the service they provide you. Not to mention their dishonest business practices. If nick does hate his job I wouldn’t be able to tell because his great attitude, work ethic, and honesty really came through in his dealings with me. Go to this store. They will treat you right and fair. And go beyond! Don’t go to metro store downtown (407 1st avenue north) and don’t go to metro store at 1998 62nd avenue north. ~Katherine

Great Service! Super friendly and reliable! I cracked the screen on my iPhone and to fix it at the Apple store would've cost me more and I would've had to wait over a week for an appointment so I called around and found Innovative Cellular. The repair price was much more reasonable and Lenny the owner was great! He fixed my phone super fast and also took the time to show me the inner workings of my phone and explain to me what he was doing during the process. My phone looks good as new and if I ever crack another screen on any of my devices I will definitely take it to Lenny! Highly recommend!! ~Katherine
