I have paid my bill at this location many times, and have always received good service. I have never had a smart phone until yesterday, so I was looking at several services, but my mind kept coming back to here. I have been out of town with friends that have Verizon, Sprint etc, and when their service is out of the area, I can always get/and make my phone calls, and I had the little flip phone forever. Probably the last person in America! LOL. Nonetheless, Adam answered all of my questions and was patient and kind. I was a little worried about the service since I read a bad review. Something about this being a den of thieves, regardless, I have always known this to "Not be the case". That poor review had to be about someone I am sure Management has weeded out, because I have met one person after another and all the times I've done business here, it has been a good memory. I was very lucky to get the service I received, but something tells me that Adam provides this kind of service every single time. Thank you Metro PCS.

Ajsa is amazing so sweet and so expirenced I am so glad to have somebody who knows what they are doing this store is the reason I am happy to be a metro customer once again a couple years ago the store I dealt with in the past was horrible and the reason I switched carries customer service is so important and this store has great customer service and Is amazing

I bought my first phone here. The service is great and I have referred friends that changed service to Metro. They have solved issues that other carriers didn't want to deal with. I especially wanted to thank Adam the manager,and his assistant manger,Aosha,they are the best! I would highly recommend this store.

Adam gave outstanding customer service to my son and I when we made a purchase. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond in answering our questions and setting our phones up. We will never go anywhere else. Adam really is a commodity for Metro PCS.

Trust me this is the place to shop. Went in to pay my bill and left with a lower bill and a brand new $250 phone. Mohammad is that man. He'll take care of you. Small store but they had everything i needed. Other metro stores closed but they're still standing.

No happy at all. Bout 7monthes ago bought a brandnew phone for my woman. Messed up bout 5 monthes after. Cant afford a new one yet. So now we have our little brother so he needed a phone so we couldn't replace the 1st messed up one. Just bought him one last Saturday an Bbbaaammmm got another junk phone from the same place. This one didnt even last 5 days an hasn't been dropped.now screen jus stays frozen. Now I'm in Miami an cant do nothing bout it cause I work weekly. I shouldnt have to rush to store after getting a new phone.

Tamer and his manager were great today. Tamer assisted in activating an iPhone 6s Plus ( bring your own phone). He took care of things very fast. He put in their sim card, punched some things in the computer, all whole being engaging but not over talkative. He made sure service was activated prior to me paying (1st month service and activation fees. good price too) and gave me information on a "Savings Program" that you can take advantage of by making your payments in the store as well as activate a new line and get a free device. This is their current promotion at this location. Tamer was very knowledgeable and did all of this in a matter of minutes. He also got everything right and taking care of on the first try. Where as my current carrier had me on the phone trying to do things last night for 2 hours. I have been a loyal customer to my current carrier for 11 years. As soon as I get a chance I will have another a Metro PCS line because of my experience at this location. He told me I could even keep my number as long as I have the account number and pin number for my current carrier. They also have great sounding Bluetooth speakers. The manager says to stop by regularly because they are always running specials throughout the month. As well as some raffles. Thank you Tamer for great customer service!
