It was an okay visit. Logan was a very nice and pleasant person to work with. He replaced my screen protector and was very thorough with just that. I opted to just place an order online to save $30 especially when I was told they closed in 10 minutes and it was too late to do a data transfer. It was an okay visit as mentioned before. I was fortunate to have my last interactions be with Logan.

Went in last night, spent 5 hours getting two phones and two watches. Wait wasn’t a big deal they were busy it’s understandable. Had 4 different people working with us at all different points in time. Got home and one phone wouldn’t work at all. Took it back today and they didn’t put a SIM card in it. All types of issues all night between everyone handling the sale. Went back today and got helped out by Humberto, probably the only staff member there that you want to work with. He was super helpful and got everything squared away and working. Don’t recommend this store unless he’s the guy you’re going to see.

Wanted to switch my account over from Sprint to T-mobile. Purchase new phones and thought I got my account switch over and credit from my phones. I was bamboozled. Order your phones online not the stores. They lie to get your cash!!! Have to make sure you’re educated before going in. Getting metro next time.

Excellent customer service. I had some billing issues related to the sprint/ t-mobile change over that were handled flawlessly. Wait times for customer service were pretty typical but not a problem. I will continue to come to this location for as long as I have t-mobile service.
