After being frustrated at a different AT&T store, we went to this store. We met Erica, the manager. She was calm, collected, knowledgeable, professional and cared about our concern. In no time she resolved our issue and we ended up pre-ordering 3. I phones. Thank you so much Erica

The person who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We had a rather complicated situation with a hard deadline to meet yet he was able to help us resolve everything and get us the phones we needed on the plan we needed within a very short time window. It was truly remarkable. Definitely one of the best customer service/sales experiences of my life. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate his service a 15. If he isn't already he should be training other people because that guy just gets it. We never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell us anything, he helped us make informed choices that best suited our needs.

They sold me a phone I didn’t want and told me I had two weeks to exchange it and since they didn’t have it in stock I could exchange it with AT&T by phone. When I called AT&T I found out that was a lie. I spent two weeks finding another store that had it in stock so that I was able to have the phone I wanted. Additionally the accessories that I bought I did not want and when I asked to exchange them same day I was told that was not allowed and I found out that that was also a lie so the people who work here are liars. The end

Went to pay a bill . Never got any help by store members. After 20 min left . 2 members and both helping a couple with purchasing. A simple fact I understand team work . But one member could asked what my visit was for. Nothing . Showing me how important my business is to the store. I guess it time to look at other Phones Networks. 25+ years with AT&T

Best service ever from Jerry. Kind, patient and thorough! I left with a new iphone 13 and smile. I had thought of leaving AT&T cause i got SUCH bad service at another store (hello Tyrone) but because of Jerry I stayed on. If he's not the manager, he SHOULD be, he knew everything and was extremely professional.

Great customer service. Got us a great deal, and he was super informative. We were in and out with new phones and tablet in under 45 minutes. Will definitely be back to this specific store once it’s time to upgrade or if we need new devices.

I had to make several trips back to the store to upgrade and change equipment in advance to my account. Each time the manager helped me out and he was very kind patient and had my best interest at hand. He upgraded my service added equipment found me a better plan. And was outstanding. Tee’ is the reason I’ve been. Client for 20 years.
