I bought an IPhone X from here to use in the Verizon upgrade program, but when I tried to use it on the Verizon site, Verizon said the phone was lost or stolen. I went back to Innovative Cellular and asked to return the device, but the owner refused and was quite rude. Sketchy place, sketchy guy. AVOID!!

after being turned away at two other shops for fixing my old cell phone, Lenny explained the problem, possible causes and within a day he had fixed the problem at a great price and for a low price upgraded the phone chassis so now it looks like a brand new phone. Great service is hard to find these days and if I have another problem, I will definitely contact Lenny, fantastic job!!

Great Service! Super friendly and reliable! I cracked the screen on my iPhone and to fix it at the Apple store would've cost me more and I would've had to wait over a week for an appointment so I called around and found Innovative Cellular. The repair price was much more reasonable and Lenny the owner was great! He fixed my phone super fast and also took the time to show me the inner workings of my phone and explain to me what he was doing during the process. My phone looks good as new and if I ever crack another screen on any of my devices I will definitely take it to Lenny! Highly recommend!!
