Dan is the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. I had to wait around 6 weeks for my car to arrive but his attentiveness and care never made the wait feel frustrating. This is my 3rd lease from Holman and every time a lease is up I take a look at other dealerships - none compare. Allison in Finance was also wonderful to work with and stayed late to ensure that we got the deal done in a day. She was very kind helpful.

Michael was my service advisor. I made an appointment but that service advisor was not at work that day. Michael offered to assist and he was very professional and courteous. He called me to advise when the vehicle was ready as I explained I had a time deadline which he made sure was met.

Once at the dealership, he walked me through every detail step by step and made the overall process of buying a car a joy! Also Allison H was super helpful. I asked my service advisor to please wash my car it has been sitting a month and also had ants in it. I confirmed with him twice that it will be washed and he said yes. After getting my car serviced I noticed the car was not washed or vacuumed at all. I called and let him know, he told me to come in the next day and get it power washed which will take 45 minutes. I came out of my way to come there to make sure my car got cleaned. Again it was not cleaned I see all the same markings as when I brought it in there. I still have an ant problem, Stains on the trunk and mirrors, and a lousy vacuum job. The guy that washed my car, supposedly gave me back my keys 10 minutes after bringing it in. Power wash was supposed to be detailed and 40minutes long. I have brought my car there and have never been disappointed till now. I Also felt that my service advisor should've checked my vehicle before allowing me to drive off. It was a surprise to me to get my car back so fast I feel like he should've checked my vehicle also.

I had a great time at Holman Honda! Xavier was very nice and even offered to find me a ride to the mall or anywhere else while I waited for my car to be serviced. William, who sold my car to me, came over to say hi and we had a lovely conversation. Everyone I interacted with was eager to help and very respectful! I live an hour away and it was still worth my time.

From the sales experience to trying to get my first complementary service,communication needs to be worked on Within staff as well as how to communicate with customers. Needed my rear tire replaced which looks like it just got patched even though I have tire warranty to get it replaced. They took down my number to never call or provide an update. Visiting this location from downtown Miami, makes me never want to consider again or recommend Holman Honda as their staff can’t seem to get it together as they’re more focused on trying to get the customers money.

Although I appreciate these surveys, I realize sometimes personal issues that a customer is going through can dictate their experience. I’d like to apologize specifically to service team members Eddie and Mark Greene. I criticized them unfairly do to a few instances where my emotions weren’t as stable as to give critique. The service members move at a hectic pace and to even be able or willing to do that for customer service is kind of commendable. I would critique, Honda Executives should take a pay cut and hire more service team members to accommodate the pace of service. That would actually allow service team members to be more engaged with each customer at a time, more comprehensively and efficiently. Sometimes that standard is physically impossible and if that is the standard advertised, Honda should allocate their resources to meet that expectation, as a base level rather than when circumstance allows. Also, I didn’t receive the video recorded analysis during the diagnostic check of my vehicle. Customers enjoy the technical aspects detailed as to assess the authenticity of any service recommendations. Lastly, I am intrigued by the Honda Clarity electric vehicle and if my circumstances improve in the near future, I am interested in a test drive and potential purchase.
