May service this morning was phenomenal. Tom is always so knowledgeable about the maintenance of my car that I couldn’t count on anyone but him. I adore his timing ad wisdom referencing my XTS. Rebecca Hussle always makes my wait pleasant and so comfortable that I really hate to leave the pleasantry of the atmosphere. I look for each time I come for the hospitality and honesty of each individual. Thanks to Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac, I feel as though I am in good hands.

You know a funny thing happened while getting my 2021 Escalade oil changed. I was chatting it up with Rebecca Hussle VIP Customer Service, and mentioned I was not using this car at all, so would they be interested in buying it back? In a matter of a few hours I not only got my oil changed but she helped facilitate me getting a ride home with cash in my pocket. It was a terrific and seamless process, Rebecca was terrific and the dealership great. There is a beautiful 2021 Platinum Sport, blacked out now For sale, with very few miles. Thank you All.

I'm not sure how this place received 4 stars. The service is extremely poor. I took my vehicle here for repairs due to the car not keeping a charge. Danny informed me that is was the battery and the door module. Paid over $2,800 in repairs. A week later same thing. I took the car back to the dealer and they have had the car for over 3 weeks. I get a call from Danny telling me that it is the battery. The same battery that I purchased from the dealer 3 weeks ago. He then said it was the alternator but the first visit he informed me that the starter and alternator were fine. I go pick up the car today, Danny insist that I pay before I have a chance to inspect the car. I ask to inspect the car first. He comes back after a long away with the car running. I turn off the car and attempt to turn it back on the car won't start. Danny wanted me to pay $800 for a car that isn't fixed. If this isn't a modern day scam I don't know what is. This dealer use to be 5 star but after my last couple of visits it is down to zero stars if that was an option. This type of service is unacceptable.

Michele Nosky (the sales manager) and Rebecca Hussle (the VIP manager) were extremely professional and pleasant to work with during the car-leasing experience. They both worked quickly to show me the available inventory and pricing options and made sure the paperwork was ready to go.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Edwin Rivera was my sales person and I felt like I was treated like family going into this dealership. A woman shopping alone for a car can be very stressful and Ed took out all the stress and never pressured me at all. Prices were fantastic and accounting manager was amazing as well. I absolutely love my new car!!!
