Considering Changing Caddilac Dealership Service Department to this dealership...... I challenge Dimmitt Service to successfully diagnos and repair my 2016 AWD XTS. There has been several occasions of hard shifting with a single "thump" noise coming from car, during aggressive acceleration then letting off the accelerator or upshifting to a higher gear. Vehicle has been into other local Caddilac Dealerships but has not been successfully repaired. Hope to see you soon and will report back. Thank for your reply will call to schedule a service. The issue with the car is very annoying and should not be acting up as such.

Our salesman, Ian Harrison, was amazing. We actually drove 1000 miles round trip to pick up our new vehicle & it couldn’t have been easier with his help. Next vehicle we purchase we will be making the trip again. Customer service was second to none. If we are ever in the market for another car I wouldn’t hesitate about taking that trip again.

I scored a 2 because the salesperson was great; however, one would expect this considering he is trying to sell a car. My problems began after the sale when I tried to cancel my extended warranty. I found the warranty to be overpriced and undervalued. I followed the instructions and submitted a written request to cancel, to which Dimmitt did not respond. My wife called and was informed it could be cancelled via email; however, the finance manager refuses to send the email to her. The company is stalling for the 30 day cancellation window to expire. We have experienced nothing but a runaround, no service, and being told conflicting information. If you desire a company with service after the sale, Dimmitt Cadillac is NOT the company. I have to drive 3 hours round-trip to cancel this warranty to assure I will not be scammed. Be aware of the company and how they conduct business. They have lost me as a consumer due to poor customer service.

Had a wonderful experience with Purchasing a used car from this dealership. The sales manager Steve Bower was very professional and gave direct answers instead of giving you the loop around. My sales person Patrick Bryd picked me up over and hour away and was one of the best sales person representatives I’ve dealt with. Stayed almost an hour past closing for me and made sure I had a great experience. My finance representative was very nice and she stayed late for me which is always a really nice gesture, was very quick and no pressure whatsoever. I’m very happy I chose to do business with them and most importantly the car was beyond my expectation. Thank you again and I hope the company shows their thanks to all of those who helped me in my purchase!!

I took my car in for service and Patricia Jones did a great job ensuring that everything was taken care of, from check in to valet service to the actual service itself, Patricia and the entire team at Dimmit Cadillac did a 5 star job. I have a deposit on a new Cadillac with them right now as I won't consider any other luxury vehicle.
