I felt comfortable leaving my dog with the groome,, because he's very small and be hurt easily. So I will be making another appointment when it's time for him to be groomed again.

GROOMING ONLY!!! Refused service twice!!! Specific to long-haired dogs. So here’s my experience … I have a golden doodle (long hair) and he is groomed very 6 weeks with a bath in between. Let me first say that I understand why they don’t want an animal that’s matted. Very difficult on salon and pet — I get it! But that being said, if the dog has a few minor knots, my expectation is that this will be handled. And to the credit of both the Oldsmar and Gulf to Bay locations, their service has been great … no issues! NOT SO AT THE CLEARWATER LOCATION!! When I brought my dog in, he is suspiciously scrutinized up and down for Matt’s and if he has any knots to speak of, he is quickly refused. I was told during my last visit that he would need to be shaved, which is utter nonsense and more reflective of the fact they don’t want to expend any more energy than necessary. Again, knowing that this was a ridiculous comment, I then went home and spent NO more than 5-10 mins raking the area in question out, and then took him to the Gulf to Bay Petsmart location where he was immediately accepted and given a bath. Long haired dog owners, be aware!!

I have had some not so great experiences with Petsmart but thanks to Emily and Pam for showing great customer service. I really wish companies would stop forcing people to shop online for coupons. You should be giving coupons to customers who shop in store. You're more inclined to spend more by walking around.

I love this PetSmart. Zena is an amazing employee. I give her a 10+ in customer service. She have a great knowledge and really take the time to explain you the proper care of the pets.

Having a large variety of products makes it easier for me to collect what I need for my wide variety of pets in one place. From cat litter to dog food to reptile bedding and fish keeping supplies - even bedding and food for the rodents kept to feed my reptiles. Everything all in one place makes for less trips. And the rewards definitely add up and save me money!

We bought our baby kitten here Saturday 8/28/21 the people are extremely nice to the adoptees. And the kittens and cats are so cute. We adopted wizard he is filled with a lot of energy. So we bought him a lot of things to play with. He loves to cuddle too. Robin was just really nice to us she even talk to me the night before about adopting wizard. She was even nice enough to hold him for us until my son who has ADHD Got Out of his drum practice and I am glad she did. We Love wizard.

Had to pick up a few things for my new dog. I found almost everything I needed. I love the collar and tag I got. That was my fave part.

Kelly is the trainer at PetSmart and she is wonderful! She has trained all 3 of our dogs when the were puppies including Kirby our tiny new addition. She is so patient, knowledgeable, and dogs love her. Highly recommended for her beginning, intermediate & advance classes. Great for us humans and our dogs💕
