Found a dog food for my mini dachshund that she enjoys. The staff is friendly and will return, at the time they had a lot of leashes and harnesses on sale. As low as $3 per item. Didn't grab photos but bought a few.

My dog got an amazing haircut, exactly what I wanted and the groomer was very kind and knowledgeable, I wish I could remember her name. A very sweet woman! Have taken my dog to other PetCos and that was a mistake.

We enjoy coming to this store to get supplies for our dog and to get his nails grinded. We wish they had a wider selection of Grain Free and Gluten Free Treats. The salon employees, are super nice and are quick. Which is helpful as our dog tends to get stressed out going into the Salon. They are friendly and always have nice things to say about him.

I booked an appointment for my dog online. Three days later on the day of the appointment they changed the hour and then they changed the hour to the first hour again. Then I called ( mind you I called) to see what time was the appointment and they told me the same day of the appointment that they can't take her become she was an old dog. That's fine but when I regester for the appointment they ask how old was the dog and gave me the appointment any way. They wasted my time. Petco do better. Oh and BTW they were rude as heck!!!

I was a regular customer of this Petco. On April 8th I purchased a gate for my Mom’s house since she was keeping my dog. I left for Europe for a month and upon my return my Mom told me gate was not the right one and she never installed. Today May 9th I went in and they refused to return my money or issue me a store credit. Manager could jot do anything and neither could customer service. I missed the deadline by one day. I even offered to show my airline tickets but they refused. Would rather loose a customer that buys food, toys for not only my dog but my Moms. I guess I will have to start buying my supplies elsewhere. DO NOT SUPPORT PETCO

As soon as I get all my dog records I will be submitting additional reviews and proof For The Loop at Kissimmee Petco Thrive location since I was told there is no one in Corporate or higher fields who can assist with issues with Petco Thrive.So I will submit all my incidents on the Web! I have been getting nothing but misleading, wrong information and wrong diagnosis about my dog care. I have tried numerous times to transfer my dog to another location due to the 3 incidents that lead up to me writing reviews. But for some odd reason I was told I can not change my dogs location???? Today a Vet tech by the name of Abby was very rude and disrespectful on the phone with me because I asked to speak to Higher management and not her with her disrespectful mouth!!! She told me there was no one I could complain to cause they don’t have corporate. So I asked for a manager and was told I have to wait till Tuesday, then she hung up on me!! I am to the point where I am so ready to sue this location, since there are no way to get justice. I refuse to be obligated to take my animal to a location where I don’t feel comfortable with their practice as well as the Customer Service! I have had 3 incidents at this location but am forced to stay seeking service because I can’t let my dogs issue get worse on my part!

We stopped here for the 50% tank sale and we're so happy we did. We bought a 75 gallon tank for $125! Our turtle is loving it even more then we are! 😍

The team members are great. Ash who does grooming is fantastic with our 3 fur babies he is the only one we will bring them too. I love the how the store is set up. Definitely recommend Petco to all my family and friends.

Sam & Sara we’re ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I came in with a huge issue with my cat Kodak not digesting food. Sara was extremely knowledgeable on which products would be best to resolve the issue, recommending specific products and walked me down the isle personally showing me which recommended products to purchase. Sam was very personable, cheerful and the entire experience was very good. Nice and refreshing to go into a store and actually be assisted, to the fullest extent of their capabilities. Very impressed with what they have going on at this Petco location.

My dog was having a problem with the heat so I did some research and found that Petco had the best reputation locally. The people were very good with her right from the start. They could see she was scared and they let her small them and pet her to help calm her down. When she came out she was happy and relaxed. The store is clean and friendly. Shelves well stocked.
