They offer Monogram services, I drove 25 mnts and they said they don't have CASH and money order machine doesn't work. This is not ok, gas is to expensive to offer something you can't assist.

I change pharmacy from walgreens to this store and I am so happy the pharmacist is awesome and also the staff there is a girl name Tatiana she is super nice everything I go there she is super nice I am so happy at this store so glad I made the change thank you you all there ...

Worst pharmacy ever!! There’s an Asian lady who’s very nice and helpful, whenever she’s there, but she’s the ONLY one who has any idea what’s going on!! I’ve switched pharmacies, but had a question regarding an old script and I’ve now been on hold for 21 minutes and 36 seconds and someone FINALLY picked up!!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to if your thinking about this location find another! The heavy set Spanish girl working in the back at the pharmacy needs to find another job because customer service is definitely not for her!

Kiara is lazy and doesn’t take her time to look for prescription. I called and twice the pharmacist said prescription was ready, we went to pick it up and twice she said it wasn’t there. I got really upset and it was magic the prescription appears. Come on Kiara take your time and look that prescription was for a 6 year old that was crying in pain.

The pharmacy is so unorganized, the pharmacist has no idea what she is doing. My husband and I came to take our vaccine and our appointment was at 5:30 the clerk said it would be about 10min wait, we were the first ones to arrive, then about 20 mins later 3 other customers came for there vaccine and booster. We have been here for over an hour and we're still waiting.... The pharmacist took in the people that came in after us... It's completely unacceptable and I went several time asking why and what's going on and the clerk said I don't know the pharmacist is the one that's taking in the people that she sees. I asked the pharmacist why she is taking people that came in after us and she said our appointment canceled, I proceeded to ask but how is that possible when both my husband and I checked in. This has been very miserable waiting this long for shot that takes 2 minutes... I am very disappointed with CVS pharmacy they used to be the #1 pharmacy but not anymore.

The WORST pharmacy in Kissimmee. Staff are always unorganized and slow. Roughly five minutes per customer and sale. So far I've waited 15 minutes with 3 people ahead of me instore. 4 people on duty, 1 on drive thru, 1 instore and 2 filling prescriptions for the shelve.

We showed up ten minutes late for our covid rapid tests, which was supposed to cancel our appointments. The women who administered our tests could not have been kinder. They calmed us down after our stressful hour long ride and were quickly tested and sent on our way again. Everything was thoroughly explained including how to access our results. Again, they were just so nice to us, which we really appreciated. Do NOT schedule at Advent Health locations. They fail to mention on their website that they charge each person $179, regardless of your insurance. CVS does not charge you anything.

The service I received at this location was highly unprofessional. I had just visited my Dr office and I had a few prescriptions to pick up. Of course I knew they weren't fulfilled just yet, but it was on my way home, I stopped anyway. Upon reaching the counter I was received by an associate who seemed very overwhelmed. I told her my information and she checked for my prescription. She said: it will be 30 minutes, please wait. I didn't want to stay in store because they were doing a lot of Covid testing at the location. I asked if I could receive a call when my script was ready. She assured me that she could not do such a thing. Confused, and with little patience, being sick with a sinus infection, I left and returned in 45 minutes. Upon returning I picked up only 3 of the 6 prescriptions my Dr had sent to the pharmacy. All of which, were not cleared by insurance which I found out about upon further investigation on my own and no helpful communication from the technician!
