I used to avoid coming to this location in the past years due to rude customer service for some reason. I know customers can be so rude too however professionalism is achieved when we don't take things personal and not let it out on the next customer because of a pervious nasty customer. Lately, I noticed they are hiring more pleasant, patient, and professional staff. Kudos to Ariana who helped me on the weekend with my multiple transactions at the self service register. She was patient, professional, pleasant, respectful, very helpful, fast and excellent at multi-tasking. Thank you my dear for helping me and for making the difficult so easy.

The pharmacy needs serious attention. There were 7 people working in the pharmacy when I went to pick up my prescription today (because it was not in stock and couldn't be filled yesterday) and the guy working there said they didn't have it. I told him to call it in to another CVS and then he went over to look and they did have the medicine. He said it would take 5 mins. I waited 15 and watched him fill 2 other prescriptions while I waited. The people working in the pharmacy wore their masks below their noses or mouths. This behavior is inexcusable for a pharmacy where people are filling medicines. I will be changing my prescription pick-up location to another store and won't shop there again.

Unlike some others, all of my in store experiences have been great. Everyone always greets me with a warm smile, takes time to listen, and are able to promptly help me find what I need.

Review isn't so much for the store but the pharmacy associate Carlos. There been more than one occasion where my interaction with him was unpleasant. He's speaks to you very arrogantly as if he doesn't want to be there or help you.

So I stopped by this location right before closing time. Tired, sleepy and blah... As I'm standing in line, Mr. Devin walks past with a simple greeting. Most people would think that simple gesture should be normal and means nothing but you'll be sadly mistaken. As someone who specializes in Customer Service with a background in Hospitality Management, this is something I see missing often in the customer service department. Just to take that second of your time to speak put a smile on my face. Thank you. Also, the young lady that was the cashier was also very pleasant.

This location is the worst for their pharmacy. The wait is always long. When you call ahead use the automated phone to do your refills, when you get to the store your refills are still never ready. I'll get a text message saying my refill is ready, when I arrive it's not ready. They also talk badly about their customers. If they don't like you or they think you're rude they have your wait longer and tell someone else to help you. I'm not being rude when you said my prescription would be ready in about 30 mins and now I've waited 2 hours. When actually I got a text the previous day saying it's ready. They are the worst here, for the pharmacy. I'm changing my pharmacy, not even to a different CVS but to a different store all together

The store is fine but the pharmacy has serious problems. Every attempt to get meds filled in the last two months has resulted in trouble. They claim they haven't received the script when the doctor says they sent it. Then when the doctor makes a change, they keep filling the old one. We are now on the third change in med and they are still filling the original one over and over again. I'm assuming they are using computers so I don't understand how this could happen. I've never seen so many accuracy problems with a pharmacy. Thank goodness we are double checking everything. Switching to a new pharmacy because I can't trust this CVS anymore.

very bad care at the pharmacy, they didn't want to sell me the medicine, discrimination because they didn't speak Spanish, Ms. Gigi and Mr. Hanna only knew how to say I don't speak Spanish. I just wanted them to sell the medicine because my husband had just had an operation and had pain, since yesterday I have been trying to buy the medicine, when I left the hospital it was late and when I got to the pharmacy it was closed, I went to other CVS and I did not They could sell because I was already assigned to this CVS, and when I got here they sent me from one window to another and told me that they didn't have that drug. I do not ask that they speak Spanish but at least receive a dignified and friendly treatment

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When you call the pharmacy they leave you on hold for hours and when you finally get someone they hang up on you. I spoke to the supervisor and he told me he couldn’t do anything to help me. Told me to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager! I won’t be coming here anymore and I don’t recommend this CVS for your pharmacy needs!

I asked my doctor to use this pharmacy because of the drive thru and I very much regret it. I got a text my prescription was ready. When I arrived, only one was ready and the other was out of stock. The pharmacist was rude and kept cutting me off. She told me to call back tomorrow to check if the medication is in stock because they ordered it (Friday after 3!), and I explained that I am about to leave town and is there a way to see if another store has it in stock. She told me no and just told me to call. I try to call today (Friday) and there is no option to speak to a human and then when I finally got through the robot, no one ever answered my call. I called a competitor who explained that my particular medication could not be switched to another store or another pharmacy without going through the doctor. I’m very upset with the CVS pharmacist at this location who neglected to tell me that. She told me to wait and call and should have known that calling my doctor on a Friday at 3pm before going out of town would be next to impossible. Now I have to scramble to figure out if I can get my medication at all! If she had just been honest on Thursday, I would have had enough time to make the proper arrangements to get the prescription before the weekend. Now I have to wait until Tuesday or later! This medication is not urgent, thankfully, but I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble for a simple prescription! This prescription was sent on Tuesday! Absolutely do not use this pharmacy if you have any prescriptions that are urgent or that you need in less than a week.
