This is the BEST Ulta ever! From Oriel,who cut my hair today,to the cashiers,greeters ,people on the floor to the store manager...EVERYONE is super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I drive over 20 miles to get there because I love this store. It's always clean & well stocked. They answer your questions and give GREAT recommendations. I usually order online because of the distance, but the store manager ALWAYS greets me by my name! I can't say enough about this Ulta. Everyone here deserves a raise!

This ulta is just not nice at all.the salon manager is very rude and snappy, and they messed up my freakin hair twice now.225$ for what? All of different colors that looked like blobs.my money going somewhere else this time definitely not for hair anymore there.

Bathroom is DISGUSTING. It looks like it has not been cleaned in MONTHS. At this point a professional company needs to come in and give this entire bathroom a thorough cleaning. How can you sell high-end luxury bath and beauty products plus offer salon services when your store's cleanliness looks like this? I would be afraid to have anything done at their salon. If the the bathroom looks like this than they probably don't professionally disinfect their salon either.

This is the second time the manager told me that they didn’t know how to accept After Pay. The first time I was asked out of the store to complete my purchase online then come back. The second time the manager said they did not take After Pay and that there was nothing that she could do to help me but a could stand on the side and figure it out which I did! The manager began to take other customers and have someone else help me. That person knew nothing about how to complete the transaction so the manager began to know exactly what to do to help her. She never addressed me and let me walk out the store after spending over $100 the first time and a little over $200 this time! I felt like my race was an issue. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
