Great selection of beer (for sure) and wine (I think - I am not a wine drinker). Drive through is nice touch if you know what you want, but usually I spend fifteen minutes in beer cooler trying to decide tonight's choice (and if it's 90°, I'll spend a half hour :-) ). Lottery, ciders, tobacco products, and propane are available too. Please use hot 🔥 tobacco products and propane separately. ~Matthew

They’re charging us for paper bags!!!!! They aren’t saving the planet. This isn’t saving on costs for Giant Eagle either! This is a normal business expense that Giant Eagle can write off along with labor at the end of the year. Bags don’t cost them anything really. Boycott Giant Eagle, they advertise too many gimmicks to lure you into the store where prices are already higher than normal before the pandemic started. Boycott and prices will come down. People need to ban together if they want prices to go down. Don’t believe that using paper bags will save the Earth. Besides, why would you want someone to bring their dirty bags from home in here to reuse? That’s not sanitary with cat pee and all on them..yuck. Go back to plastic bags- stop trying to fool people ~G

The drive through went fairly quickly for the number of cars in line. We each had the Dave's single combo. It was prepared as we ordered, everything was hot, cheese was melted properly (unlike the cold piece of cheese slapped on a cold sandwich at another Wendy's location). The staff was friendly, prompt and did their jobs correctly. Thanks for a great meal! ~Barbara

Bathroom is DISGUSTING. It looks like it has not been cleaned in MONTHS. At this point a professional company needs to come in and give this entire bathroom a thorough cleaning. How can you sell high-end luxury bath and beauty products plus offer salon services when your store's cleanliness looks like this? I would be afraid to have anything done at their salon. If the the bathroom looks like this than they probably don't professionally disinfect their salon either. ~Katie

Worst customer service ever. Called store inquiring some information on a recent release and they hung up on me. The employees within that establishment need some proper customer service training. There have been times I would go into the store and the employees wouldn't even greet you at the door. Moreso, they all look miserable working there. Maybe shoe sales isn't for you and you need to seek employment somewhere else. 👎👎 ~Nekro
