This is my happy place. I might not be able to do all the movements but did you know they all can be scaled to your fitness level? I’ve been coming to to this gym regularly for the last 7 years. Today I went to the North Olmsted post office and they were supposed To be open at 9am. They were not. I knocked on the door and rang the bell and no one came. Another patron called them and they said they will open at 930. Welp, 930 came and went. I left at 945 without my package being mailed. There were so many people there and the employees did not care. ~Lindsey

Left white scratches all over my car. To fix it they said they said they would take pics and run it through again. It came out the second time even more scratched and all i was given was a refund for their premium car wash. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to pay for a paint job the same day. My absolute favorite gas station around, Everytime I walk in there they are greeting me, asking if I need help finding anything. Then above and beyond always asks how I am doing, how was my day. The entire staff makes me smile and feel at home. Plus it is the only gas station that carries my favorite pop. Cranberry Ginger Ale😊 you guys Rock and are doing an outstanding job, not to mention the chicken is delicious. ~Amanda

Their employee Kayla, was hands down amazing. She helped me through my whole process of switching plans and looking at phones. I could tell she had my best interests at heart. She took her time out to help me understand the benefits and types of plans there were. She was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend everyone to have an encounter with her. I went in wanted to buy about 19$ worth of drinks and snacks attempting to hand her a 50$ bill and was told they don't have change, what kind of gas station does not have 31$ in change that's just outrageous ~Joe

Twice now have I been into this bank and had a problem with a teller with short blonde hair and then again with an older woman side of the bank just the other day. I feel as if they both treated me unfair and we’re very rude to me. The one teller was asking many questions that were none of her concern, I feel as if she thought I was suspicious which is crazy because I’ve banked with them for over 11 years and never once had any issues ever!! I will be escalating these issues. This is the 3rd time this year I’ve felt racially profiled in this branch. I feel I was treated differently because of my tan skin and tattoos. Sad people still treat others that way in 2021 ~rich

We retired and moved to Cleveland 6 years ago and have the Pharmacy to be very reliable , efficient, and friendly. A time or two when I thought they screwed up, it was our doctor’s office , my insurance company, or myself. Good people. Try them out. ~Don
