5! The young man Matthew Sorma was very knowledgeable about our options and explained everything throughly. We had gone to another AT&T store the day before and the person there was completely untrained. We chose to go to Matthew's store because the ratings were higher. It was a 30 min drive for us vs. 10, but well worth the trip because of this young man.

I mean I can’t say enough about this store….. just the SMELL of it made me feel so welcome and wanting to leave with a high quality…. Beautiful….. new… AT&T cell phone. The store manager, Hayden Pagy, really knew his stuff. He was a little weird and told me to listen to his mixtape but the service was good so we’ll forgive him for that. I used to go to Verizon but after they held me down and kicked me in the face for not buying an Otter Box I said it feels like I should go to the AT&T in North Olmsted… boy did I make the right choice.

Great experience at the North Olmsted ATT store. We were greeted right away as we entered the store. Kevin took the time to make sure we had the right plan for our family. We were changing over 3 phone lines from Verizon and our service has been great.

Super slow in-person service. Pulling teeth is less painful than the excruciating wait times for the only person in the store to get anything done. Half the phone and laptop demo displays are not on and do not work. So you can't get really have a chance to try it out for yourself before you decide to buy a phone.

My experience at the N Olmsted AT&T store was excellent. Chase was very helpful and set my entire phone up for me as I am technically challenged! My experience with my new iPhone 13 had been unpleasant until my visit with Chase and the other gentleman working that night. My new phone was defective and had to be replaced which took 2 weeks at Best Buy, where Apple told me to go… never again. I can’t say enough about the help I received and I even learned a few things! I purchased new chargers and am taking back the ones I bought from Best Buy. I left AT&T feeling less technically challenged and great full for their help and patience. Gayle Snyder
