Andy needs to run the whole entire Company, just look @ his history with this corporation!!!! We need more pple like him who TRUELY understands n CARES of his customers.... this switching of these new sim cards sucks and I'm severely Ill n cannot afford my cell phone I have now not to work @ all.... Andy Is an true angel from above....

This was a nice location. Not too busy the salesman was nice and helpful but I hate the cell service. I left cricket to go to boost and I kind of regret it.

Went in because I got a email stating that the store was the only way you can buy and set up a phone for the ebb plan and when I went in the guy told me he had no clue how to do anything with it and that I had to call the 1-800 number which he didn’t even know, have not could get for me I had to google it. Pretty lame he couldn’t even help me figure anything out at all….

This was my third boost Mobile store of the day. I was having an issue with my phone and was given the run-around at the first two stores. Nicole was a godsend the absolute best service person I have ever had. Normally you just want to get in and get out but Nicole made me want to stay and hang out. I told her my phone number one time and she remembered through out the whole process.Thank you Nicole your the best.
