Is there any reason why no one updated the hours due to the pandemic? This is the only bank I have access to (by bus) since the closest one to where I live closed their branch back in February.

I wish there were more ATMs or one outside this same location... But it is the closest to my job and easy access during the day downtown.

First off let me start by saying I have never been in bad standing in my life with a bank. I went to the bank to file for a credit card for the Holidays with Peggy she quoted me a credit limit I was happy with and then when the card comes it is far from that limit she had stated to me. When I called to discuss it with Peggy a man by the the name of Don picked up the Phone and told me i couldnt speak with Peggy because she was with somebody and they was closing soon. I said yes but your not closed now and I have a problem. He tried to rush me off the phone and talk over me and tell me to call the # on the credit card. After calling the # on the back I was told by them that Peggy would have had no idea at all of my credit limit and that she should not have told me that. Today now that i have a day off on Saturday the branch is closed and my problem still exsists 3 days later unhelped. Due to Peggys deception I have not yet activated the credit card and probably will not do so. As a matter of fact after this experience with Don and Peggy I will probably be coming in to close all my accounts. I would like to speak with the branch manager about Don and Peggy and the way she told me false information and the way Don handled the phonecall of a customer with multiple accounts that have remained in good standing since opening them. I will be going higher up the managment ladder regaurding my experience with both of them and my displeasure in how i was rushed off of the phone and denied assistance with my problem all because they wanted to go home. I work 14 hours a day and they couldnt even suck up and deal with a couple minutes before they closed durring normal hours of buisness. Very displeased with this branch and will probably be terminating my buisness with them and going elsewhere. They will tell u anything to get you to sign up for extra stuff including spreading false information and denying assistance.
