Andy needs to run the whole entire Company, just look @ his history with this corporation!!!! We need more pple like him who TRUELY understands n CARES of his customers.... this switching of these new sim cards sucks and I'm severely Ill n cannot afford my cell phone I have now not to work @ all.... They sell phones and take advantage of people. The guy gave me $50 for an unlocked Google Pixel 3 XL in early 2020. I took it because I HAD to pay rent. I sold it under the condition that he'd hold it for me for two weeks before trying to sell it so I could get my phone back. Two days later I see it for sale in the case for $249-which was still a great deal. He lied to me and took advantage of my situation. I guess maybe that is business? Then again, so is leaving an honest post about the owners greedy and shady character so that prospectively new customers know exactly where his values like. If he did me wrong because he knew I was in a tight spot, how do you think he'll treat you. Be on your p's and q's when dealing with this one! ~Brian

What a great place if you're looking for a great customer service! I wish I remembered his name but I believe he works at both the Canton road store in Arlington Street store. I stopped in for him to switch over my phone which you did for free! I expect at least pick a couple bucks then of course I left my credit card in there yesterday, no idea why I even had it out and I called once I got back to work and realized I left it there and he offered to bring it to me! When do you ever get an offer like that you go to a store don't even give them $1 for what they did for you then offer to bring you your credit card that you left?
