I went in due to the dish/boost merge and was told i needed was a new sim card in my galaxy.....after a few minutes there was a problem.....before trying to install the new sim card they didnt check to make sure that my phone was compatible.....to end this quickly they were unable to get either sim card to work, leaving me with a non-working phone.They worked on it from 11am until 7pm. Nothing. They gave me 2 boost mobile cups and offered to sell me a $345 phone for $328......Really. The next day i was on the phone with boost mobile for 5 hours and was told that i would just have to buy a new phone. I refuse to stay with a company like that 😤 Boost mobile you should be ashamed of yourself you just lost a loyal customer.
