What a joke! Salesman sold me on a mower with suspension seat,I put my money down and waited almost a month for it to come in. Finally got the call it was ready. Loaded up truck and trailer and drove to pick it up. After all paperwork was done we went to go over it and I pointed out it didn’t have the mention seat he told me it came with. Simple reply was I made a mistake do you want your money back. Didn’t try to make it right or put the other seat on so I took my money back and going somewhere else. I guess don’t trust there salesman. Lot of wasted time!

Do not believe these people when you buy a still chainsaw!!!! They will tell you to buy oem oil and get 2 years from date of purchase,what they will not tell you is that nothing is covered!!! If you need to take it in during this period they demand 50 dollars to even look at it. After they have it ,they will have a reason why it will not be covered NO MATTER WHAT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIS STIHL PRODUCT AND NEITHER WILL THE FACTORY!!! THE TRUTH IS STIHL IS MAKING A HOMEOWNER GRADE SAW AND SELLING FOR 400 USD POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS!!! PLEASE BEWARE AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SO CALLED “WARRANTY “ IF YOU MUST BUY THESE HOMEOWNERGRADE OVERPRICED SAWS….I AM OUT 450 and have a saw that needs a clutch 16 months old. I HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON PLEASE DONT MAKE THE COSTLY MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!! ALSO PLEASE READ REVIEWS

What a horrible experience… Jose was nothing but nasty to my 71 old father who has been a customer for years. In Jose words he said “Art I don’t even want your tractor anymore. Why don’t you come and get it”. Not only was he rude and unhelpful, but totally inflated the price of the repairs. My father is not very mechanically inclined and they 100% took advantage of his lack of knowledge. Reading other reviews I can see that this is a place has a pattern of disrespect towards their customers. Not only will we ever go back but I will make it my personal vendetta to steer customers away from making the same mistakes.

I agree with Reidl review. We were long time customers of this location buying our first tractor from Mr. Shetler himself. After having a terrible service experience, we were issued a credit by a former employee. We informed the service manager and the reply from him, the general manager was well, she doesn’t work here anymore and we won’t honor that. Basically accused us of making the whole thing up, calling my husband “the guy trying to get free service”Furthermore, the service manager, Ricky said he didn’t know what had be done to our tractor since the paperwork was locked in general manager, Jose office. They did the work without authorization. When I contacted the district manager about the situation, his reply was “ well, you wanted me to call you and I did” No apologies, no trying to making situation better….lastly, the tried telling us that they would give us free delivery when that is what they are offering ALL customers right now. Go to Bath Tractor on Cleveland Massillon—-

My riding mower needed some serious work and they picked it up quickly and did a great job. Ricky at Ag-Pro kept me fully informed and made sure there were no surprises. Great job, great folks.

I have recently been going there to get parts for my John Deere riding mower and each time they have been very nice. They let you know that they will be with you as soon as possible when you walk in as well. They have also been very helpful and very willing to help figure out what I needed as I didn't always know the part numbers and in some cases, I wasn't exactly sure which items I needed. I am very pleased with their services and willingness to help, they make me feel welcome every time I go there!!

We purchased a John Deere from here in the spring. Had problems with the delivery but did get that corrected & delivered. I recently went in for a mulch kit. I had the exact model and deck size. I was quoted a price of almost $350. My response was it better be made of gold. Today my husband stops & gets the kit for $149. Now that's fantastic but what makes me angry is that for 2 weeks we have been mulching leaves with a push mower. Yes I will admit I was too cheap to spend $350 but bottom line I didn't need to! We could of been using this! Absolutely ridiculous. The lady that helped was very nice & said she didn't blame me but where does that help me get leaves cleaned up?! Train your people!
