Beware!! Go anywhere but CVS! The staff of the Pharmacy float to Barberton, Ohio which is no better. Please read and beware you were warned. I called ahead and was assured my prescription was ready. I drive up the next event to be told it was being filled to come in 30 minutes, I waste 30 minutes ago back to be told this time it was out of stock. I was quite upset but didn't think quick enough to ask why I was told to come back in 30 minutes??? I call a day later I'm assured it's ready and after waiting another 20 minutes in line to told it was not available. Now, I'm not a happy person!! How many times do you get the benefit of the doubt? Well guess what, not anymore. I raised my voice and was quite upset explaining how many times I've been inconvenienced and still no prescription. I was assured it would be there the next and after 5 failed attempts it finally was. To avoid this horrible service I thought I would try the Barberton, Ohio! Save your gas money and time and was a horrible repeat of manikan no service. I also tried contacting corporate customer service, which has been nothing but a waste of my time. I held for 30 minutes to get a very polite representative who was genuine and assured me I would hear from the regional manager John Conley whom has never called and it's going on over 2 weeks. I've never been contacted if they have my medication or any response from the Barberton store. Good thing it's only for allergies and not heart medication I could have died, but no cares in the world for any of them. Perhaps if we all write the State of Ohio Pharmacy Board and share our experiences someone there might care. I have no expectations of any response except that maybe one is the mother's of these manikans will see these reviews and wonder why??? How proud Mrs. Manikan must feel to have raised such great humans. May they service and lack of caring come back to them. I'd pay extra to have this review flash if possible!! Horrible, group of people that I believe float stores, clean house and get employees that want jobs!

I turned in a paper prescription at 11am said I would pick it up after 2pm called at 7:30 pm they said they were filling it & I’d get a text it’s now 8:30 pm still have not yet filled it. Why does it take 9 1/2 to 10 hours to fill a script !!! The slowest pharmacy ever !!!

I emailed customer service for cvs and strongly encourage others to do so too. I’ve never been to a place so consistently rude. Every time I go in for my prescriptions they treat me like I’m a huge inconvenience and talk to me with such condescension. I get that they are likely underpaid and overworked like the rest of us but I’m just trying to get my necessary medications and they are so nasty about it. I’ll be moving to another pharmacy immediately. Yesterday was the last straw.

Someone said pharmacy staff is rude and condescending. That is the best way to describe the staff here. They're very unhelpful as well. They argued with me because I wanted to use GoodRX to save money. I have never been treated like this at a pharmacy. You aren't the DMV! There are so many other pharmacies to choose from, which is exactly what I'm doing. I'm switching to Giant Eagle. They're kind, helpful, and much cheaper.

I needed to transfer my meds from another pharmacy. The person I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and impatient with me. She kept asking what the name of the pharmacy. I kept telling her and she didn't believe me. I had my meds from a small pharmacy in Akron. It is not well known. She was so snotty about it. Then she just put me on hold without even telling me. Instead of giving me a chance to find the phone number she rudely told me to call back when I had the info then hung up on me. I REFUSE to be treated that way! I called Walgreens instead and I will be calling CVS Norton, Ohio stores manager at 2 pm today to file a complaint. I'm going through so heavy stuff right now and I do NOT need this. I was in tears.

If I could give a negative number I most certainly would. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life! Every. Single. Time. I go in and there is some sort of confusion and or problem that always ends up being on their end. This is honestly my first review of any business ever. I'm only leaving this review to 1. Warn anyone who is expecting to go in and have a smooth transaction. And 2. So that they can hopefully fix this constant problem!! Also, Kathy is not a very friendly person. Her customer service really should be addressed. I've encountered her more than once. Every time she is the same rude person she was every other time

Poor customer service. My prescriber called in a prescription on the 10th of January. CVS said it would be ready by rhe 15th. Called the afternoon of the 15th to get status. Was told they had no information that an order was called in. Will be changing pharmacy.

Last prescription I get filled here. 3 times I have been here 15-20 minutes after the time they initially tell me it will be ready. It’s NEVER ready when they say it will be. It’s putting pills in bottes and counting. Not rocket science people. Nothing changes with my info or insurance nothing is difficult with my prescription.
