The last time I replaced a phone through a Verizon store it took almost 4 hours in 2018. Eric at TCC Norton Verizon Store had me in and out in an hour. He was very professional, polite, and knew his way around the product. It would have actually been faster had we not been waiting for my 7000 text messages to transfer over (delete your texts folks). I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for help with Verizon, and I appreciate his time. ~Jake

I had a hard time finding someone that would mesh with my family and our goals when it came to a clean house. After a referral, we tried 3 Girls and A Bucket. They do such a great job and really listen to what you need. My house not only sparkles clean when they leave, but it smells amazing also. Beware!! Go anywhere but CVS! The staff of the Pharmacy float to Barberton, Ohio which is no better. Please read and beware you were warned. I called ahead and was assured my prescription was ready. I drive up the next event to be told it was being filled to come in 30 minutes, I waste 30 minutes ago back to be told this time it was out of stock. I was quite upset but didn't think quick enough to ask why I was told to come back in 30 minutes??? I call a day later I'm assured it's ready and after waiting another 20 minutes in line to told it was not available. Now, I'm not a happy person!! How many times do you get the benefit of the doubt? Well guess what, not anymore. I raised my voice and was quite upset explaining how many times I've been inconvenienced and still no prescription. I was assured it would be there the next and after 5 failed attempts it finally was. To avoid this horrible service I thought I would try the Barberton, Ohio! Save your gas money and time and was a horrible repeat of manikan no service. I also tried contacting corporate customer service, which has been nothing but a waste of my time. I held for 30 minutes to get a very polite representative who was genuine and assured me I would hear from the regional manager John Conley whom has never called and it's going on over 2 weeks. I've never been contacted if they have my medication or any response from the Barberton store. Good thing it's only for allergies and not heart medication I could have died, but no cares in the world for any of them. Perhaps if we all write the State of Ohio Pharmacy Board and share our experiences someone there might care. I have no expectations of any response except that maybe one is the mother's of these manikans will see these reviews and wonder why??? How proud Mrs. Manikan must feel to have raised such great humans. May they service and lack of caring come back to them. I'd pay extra to have this review flash if possible!! Horrible, group of people that I believe float stores, clean house and get employees that want jobs! ~D

Store is trashed barely can walk through aisle, and let's not get started on the lady employee older that has such an attitude because I am needing to check out, and mumbles underneath her breathe I have tons of stuff to put out, well that's not my fault and secondly, that's your job!! What a joke! Salesman sold me on a mower with suspension seat,I put my money down and waited almost a month for it to come in. Finally got the call it was ready. Loaded up truck and trailer and drove to pick it up. After all paperwork was done we went to go over it and I pointed out it didn’t have the mention seat he told me it came with. Simple reply was I made a mistake do you want your money back. Didn’t try to make it right or put the other seat on so I took my money back and going somewhere else. I guess don’t trust there salesman. Lot of wasted time! ~Mark
