From the first time I called Christine was so very pleasant and accommodating. She made me feel that she would take care of my Sadie with tender care. The whole experience with her and Eternal Paws was amazing. I will always trust my fur babies with them. They are very caring to what you are going through. Thank you Eternal Paws.

I lost my rabbit, Hopper, a few months ago very unexpectedly. I had a hard time deciding how I wanted to honor him. He meant so much to myself and my family. I wanted a way to keep him close. I found Eternal Paws. They were very kind and provided comfort during a very hard time. There was a lot of urns to pick from and we found the perfect one for him. They held a beautiful ceremony for our rabbit. I knew he would be in good hands til I got him back. A few days a later, we got a call that the engraving skipped and were offered to get a new urn and start over. But we absolutely loved the skipped part. It made it unique and reminded us of our little “hoppy” boy. We cannot thank Eternal Paws enough for their kindness.

I’ve had pets through the years that when it was their time, taken to the vet and then the cremations were handled by them. When my very special boy Hobbes got sick, and then just a couple days later passed away in my arms at 16 years old…..I didn’t know what to do. My daughter had also lost her kitty awhile back and told me about Eternal Paws. I am so glad I brought Hobbes here, Christine and her sister were there to greet me, we sat and she listened to everything I wanted to talk about, never rushing me or trying to sell me anything. Christine’s attention was with me and me only, there were no phones ringing or interruptions at all, you are number 1 when you are there. She really made me feel very comfortable and at ease leaving Hobbes with them. It’s been 4 months since he’s been gone, I will always remember my experience with Christine. Thank you……

THE sweetest, most compassionate and understanding people. My second time here after receiving such loving care the first time. When going through the hardest time you will feel the love. Cannot say enough how thankful I am for Christine and her incredible heart. Robbie is now home again with his cat sister and can't be more pleased.

It takes a special sort of person to fill the need for compassionate and dignified end of life services for our lost companions. The folks at eternal paws have filled that need beautifully. At a moment when we feel broken and lost facing life without best friends, Christina. comes and handles our pups and fur friends like each of them were her own. She never made it feel like a business as usual cash grab. All her services are extremely fairly priced. I never thought I would have been able to afford the luxury of having my girl with me always, and was quoted higher prices for what was dubbed as "removal". No I wouldn't be able to have her ashes back, since it was more of a mass incineration and there would be no way to disquish my best friend from any of the other "carcass removals".... God bless you Christina.

I drove over an hour to this facility so they could care for my bunny’s remains. I went based solely on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. I previously went to another facility that offered similar services. That facility upped their charges and were asking almost $400! I’m pretty sure I got everything I wanted and more for around $130. The lady was super nice and gave me quotes over the phone so there were no surprises. The hair clipping was perfect, the urn was beautiful. I appreciated the exit process too where I was able to light a candle to say goodbye to my friend. That is the last memory I have of him and it was perfect. My family and I will certainly be going back here in the future as we have many pets and this is an inevitable service we will need someday.

We recently lost our baby Dale. We decided to go a different route then sending out to cremation through the vets office after a particularly horrible experience of being handed our cats remains in a bag through a walk up window last year. We chose Eternal Paws and drove the 45 minutes based upon the google reviews. When I called, Michelle answered the phone and walked me through everything. I could hear a genuine sympathy in her voice and it was comforting. We arrived there a little while later and we laid Dale on a comfortable bed and got to spend as much time with him as we wanted. We went through our choices and handled the money part. We then lit some candles and Michelle said a prayer for us. We again got to spend as much time as we wanted with him. We brought him in on Thursday 4/28 and were scheduled to pick him up Monday 5/2. When we arrived on Monday, Dale was sitting out waiting for us as we walked through the door. His engraved remains box, his lock of fur which was not in an envelope but instead in a little glass bottle, his clay and ink paw prints and his certificate. Everything looked so beautiful. They made sure Dales blanket was nicely folded, bagged and returned. She also answered all my questions about jewelry and again let us have as much time as we needed. We have lost fur kids before we lost Dale. Each time has been the same. We sent them to private cremation with returned ashes through the vets office. We have always received paw prints, locks of fur and engraved boxes. But never have we received the service and sympathy that we received with Eternal Paws. We love fur children and believe in rescue. We know that at some point we will need to have another one cremated as well. It is comforting to know that places like Eternal Paws exist with people who care and take good care of you while you are in such a fragile state. We will be sure to recommend them to everyone we talk to.

I had Max his entire life, 18 years. It was so important to me for his final resting place to be with me. I used Eternal Paws once before and once again, they did a wonderful job. Christine and her husband are so nice and caring. She does a little service and you can light candles and just say goodbye. When you love your pet, you need to trust the hands you leave them in. I would definitely recommend Eternal Paws for your pet cremation. I received a beautiful paw print and his fur in a bottle. She did such a wonderful job collecting and putting together all his colors. Thank you so much for giving my boy back to me so beautifully.

I can't say emiugh about Eternal Paws. They spoke with me right away, they took us in after hours and gave us all of the time we needed to grieve our fur baby. They had many options to choose from based off of what we wanted and what we wanted to spend with zero pressure to do more than we needed. It was their kindness and empathy that won us over. They are truly in this business to help those who have lost one of the most important members of their families. If you have lost a loving pet, or are considering having to put your pet down. Eternal Paws will make the process as easy as possible for you and your family.

Chris was so compassionate and helpful throughout this whole process. I felt so lost after losing our best friend of 14 years but Chris guided me through everything. She picked up Tibbs from the hospital and let me have time with him in her chapel area. She created paw inkings and clay prints for me and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. I was devastated and she helped me in all of the greatest ways.
