We rejected a guaranteed U-Haul, drove 30 minutes, no U-Haul. Woman inside said that we did it online so it was basically our problem. Called Dave - he offered us a different option and said he’d be out to help on less than five minutes. That never happened. Ugh. I would never rent from them.

Nice store nice people.except the guy Dave he's rude.not nice at all .I sent my son to use 2 coupons for ciggerets 3.00 per each pack.coupon didn't say only one per costumer.he would not honnor both instead he kept both coupons.and said he wasn't doing that.refused to give my coupon back kept it..what a jerk..so I ended up with one pack of ciggs.where is my coupon Dave?? Oh not to mention the other day I got 5 dollars in gas he was trying to charge me 15.00.

It is a very big nice store, they have everything! Cold beer, hot foods, cheap cigarettes, gas, and Free Air! The people that work there are the friendliest people too! Love it!
