I have been waiting on pull ups for my daughter since January and it is now August!! This company seems to be lacking the follow-through of getting the proper documentation from the doctors!! I’m a mom not an insurance professional to tell the doctors what exactly forms need to be submitted!! Thank God it is only the pull ups as an issue and not her cathing supplies!! The experience has just been very very frustrating to say the least!!

This company has been helping me since the year 2013, and still going strong providing the most needed medical supplies that I need each month. I really appreciate what they have done for me over the years. I just hope they grow their supply line, and offer more choices of what to wear and use in the future. I am glad that they are back in the office, and they keep up the great work in the upcoming months.

Their new staff is horrible. For over a month I was supposed to be mailed a document to sign so that they can bill my insurance; they never mailed it I am currently without medical supplies for a month. I told them to email the document so I can print it and mail again they took weeks to do that. And all they can tell me is that they haven't received my document one day and that they received it another day. I'm still without medical supplies over a month. No respect for human life

This company has the best service reps, so polite, professional and ery helpful every time we call for reorder or they call us. Now we can use their automated system or text. We would recommend them highly. Too bad they don't supply more!

They even kept me informed of what was talking so long to get my first delivery. Would absolutely recommend HCD to anyone in need of personal medical supplies.
