Worst experience ever. Called a week ago to get tanks picked up and removed from house since I no longer need them. Was told someone would be out today to pick them up. Just called and wasn't even put on the list. 🤬

New to Ohio, but Best lincare location I have been to yet, small but very helpful. All other locations make me wait several weeks for my oxygen supplies but the manager here will personally bring it to me when I am running low! They go above and beyond for their patients.

6 days with a broken oxygen concentrator and they have no delivery drivers or any oxygen concentrators. There's a reason I'm on oxygen, and they have no help to offer.

Had an appointment that was canceled a week ago because the employee had a couple of appointments then I arrive today at for my 8:30 appointment and the boss didn't even know I had an appointment and her employee called in sick, which mind you no biggie... but atleast provide a phone to the customer to let them know before they make a drive and then the manager acted like it was no biggie... what is wrong with the lack of professionalism these days

My mother passed away over a year ago. I paid the bill but they keep calling and leaving a message for a family member to call. But, when you call no one answers the phone and they keep switching you with press 1, press 3 then 4. Just send me a letter.

Rented a wheelchair here for my nephew after his surgery. It took a couple of days for them to get it in as it was such a small wheelchair. They helped get the paperwork to the insurance company, we had the chair while we needed it. I had zero problems with them, not sure why the reviews are so low. Everyone in the office has been warm and helpful.

To the people that had a BAD (and I mean BAD ) customer service, please go back. The customer Service problem has been corrected. This gentleman is professional, caring and understands how clients should be treated. Give Lincare another chance you will not be sorry you did.
