I drive an hour to this establishment because I am always treated incredibly well and receive the best service imagineable. There have been times that I could not make the drive because life got in the way and Rachelle was gracious enough to ship the products I needed quickly. They have grown throughout the years and have offered many services, but the focus of this small business is customer service,. This is the reason customers have such a fantastic experience and the business will continue to thrive for many years to come.

I have been going to Merle Norman for 15 years. The makeup is wonderful. I've had spray tans and my makeup done by Rachelle numerous times. The store offers so many different kinds of merchandise. Great place to shop. You can find a gift for anyone!

got my nails done & they were horrible! yes she warned me she’s only been doing them for a few months but what they looked like were totally unacceptable. not professional at all my sisters nail fell off acrylics don’t do that for having them on for 1 day! she told me when she was finished I didn’t have to pay fully bc they didn’t turn out how I wanted, she took $5 off lmfao.
