I was in there the other day with my 12 year old daughter to buy some make up and hair treatment and a Lady with blone streaks in her hair was nothing but rude so I took my business to Walmart to get my supplies. I will never be shopping at Sally's again!

If there was an issue with an associate, you needed to call and talk to the manager, as the manager there, I want my customers to have a happy experience but if they don't, I need to know and I will rectify the issue, I'm sorry you had that problem, that employee is no longer with us.
