It was a mess! We ordered food, people who came way after us got their food (same thing we had ordered) before us. I was there over 35 mins waiting on our hot food. They gave us our ice cream 1st so we ate it waiting because it was melting. Then when we finally get our order, we didn't have all of it. I won't go back. Nope I will not.

The was long when we 1st pulled in but we were pleasantly surprised that the line moved incredibly quick and the food was ok. My friend said hid food was amazing and I think my shake was ok. Not terrible but I've definitely had much better

Very clean. Seems like either a newer store or recently renovated. I had to take off a star because they have allowed Google Maps to continue thinking there is an Orange Julius here, which there most definitely is not.

With me been from Texas, and DQ been a Texas thing.. The DQ in O'Fallon Illinois is TRASH. My whole 4 PC chicken strip basket was cool as hell.. BACK in Texas everything is cooked when you ordered... 😱😡😠🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾......

It’s a sad day to have to leave a bad review on Dairy Queen. I love this place. Although the customer service is great and the order is correct 99.9% of the time. The quality of the food prep has gone down hill very far. This is not a one time thing. I have given several opportunities and the last 4 or 5 times I have been there I had something that was non eatable. Cold hamburgers (not, not hot. I mean cold like came out of a fridge cold) wet and soggy fries, gravy for the chicken strip basket was like water (that was real gross). I hope this review reaches someone at DQ and this problem get fixed. I don’t want to write them off like I did the Jack in the Box by Sam’s

Dairy has never me down. I've been a dairy fan since childhood. The young ladies that wait on me Friday were very professional and courteous. I asked about their menu items and they were very eager to chat about customer favorites... chicken strip baskets and blizzards. Thx ladies for your time and professionalism

Went there after dinner and only drive thru was opened looks like a remodel being done. Was quick service, polite staff and ice cream excellent as always. We will be back soon!!!

Very displeased with Dairy Queen. I order my favorite burger the flamethrower and when I receive it and start to eat it I notice that the tomato is very thick and I like tomatoes but not ones that an inch thick and takes the taste away from everything else.
