Pizza box had a cricket in it and the manager hung up on me before I could get a word out.... high quality customer service for $50 in pizza... (Update post calling in the a.m.) morning manager was super helpful and the Gm helped as well so I added 2 stars for good service...still kinda gross and could use a new closing manager...

Worst experience ever at this location. I placed my order online at 5:27pm and the tracker notified me that my order was done and ready at 6pm for pickup. I show up to the window and payed to find out my order was even prepared yet. I had to wait an additional 35mins to get my 2 pizzas and spinach feta bread. Which the spinach feta bread was done way before my pizzas. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was to busy to come to the window and speak with me. Finally I got my food from the employee who was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes.

Fantastic store in OFallon. The customer service, friendly delivery drivers and dynamite food at this Domino’s puts all other pizza places to shame. Worth every penny.

If they don't have delivery people, that's fine, but I shouldn't have to wait two hours and then reach out to the restaurant to find out. This location has not been able to deliver my "bonus pizza" on four separate occasions. Starting to think they don't deliver at all.

Ordered at 10:00 they are supposed to be open until midnight at 11:45 still don’t have my order and they wont answer the phone will never order from here again worst service ever just they just canceled my order at 11:48

They have a whole computer system, why not use it to change the waiting time automatically, would've been fine if it told me an hour wait... an Dominos is my favorite pizza, its easier to go to Troy dominos instead.

If there was a zero star option, I ordered 2 pizza today online and boneless wings. The first pizza was supposed to be Marinara sauce it wasn't instead you guys gave me a cup the second pizza was supposed to be barbecue sauce and instead it came with BARELY ANY SAUCE, for the boneless wings the sauce was supposed to Buffalo and sweet mango habanero instead I got icing, ranch and Buffalo sauce.

Mostly good experiences with Domino's in general. However, tonight was our school's fundraiser, and rather than properly staff their store, they only had one driver and one manager on duty. I got the estimated wait of 150 minutes, and even went with it so I could support my kid's class. After 180 minutes, and hours of trying to call to see what the problem was, they said they had been trying to call to adjust everyone to carry out. Wish I believed them, just think they dropped the ball, and will not be ordering from Domino's again. After 3 hours of waiting for pizza, I made leftovers. Let it be a lesson to schools who want to raise money - DO NOT USE DOMINOS - they lack common sense.

But it ended up being 80-90 minutes before I had product in hand. Also I didn't get the exact pizza that I ordered. I asked for a Brooklyn style pizza and it clearly was not it. When I took the pizza back inside to question the workers on it, he told me that what made it Brooklyn style was the way that it was cut not the type of crust. That is false. But if that was the case, the cut was also wrong in addition to the crust.
