We have used this store many times and have always had a great experience. I can't speak highly enough of Scott, who is the GM of this store. There was a mishap and somehow the delivery for a large order we made got cancelled. Scott bent over backwards to make sure we got our materials as soon as possible and was overall very understanding and helpful. Scott deserves a raise.

After spending three hundred dollars in Menards. I asked the teller if they honored our military discount. Rather than her says no we don't. She had to get smart with and attitude. Trust and believe I started to just walk out and tell Menards to keep there merchandise. This I can guarantee I will never shop there again under any circumstances!

Started new account planning to start with a 23,000 order wanted to look at a refrigerator in the yard gatekeeper would not let me in with out a ticket. I have 18 apartment building to do and I will not use Menards.

Great selection, only thing I don't like is the 21% rebate gimmick. It is not a rebate, it is used to purchase something else from their stores. I'm checking into a class action lawsuit as this is false advertising

Menard's always has a huge variety of all the things you need for homes and gardens. Store is clean. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Cashier was entertaining and checked us out fast.

Menards seems to be no different than HD or Lowes these days. Carrying similar brands, nothing for older construction and geared more at the DIYer. Went to this store in hopes of finding something for an older home, struck out. The store was clean and well stocked just didn’t have what I needed and there wasn’t anyone in the department to help. Went to a locally owned construction store, the guy knew exactly what I needed, looked it up and ordered it for me. Moral of the story… I should have shopped local and small store first.

Very helpful staff, and lowest price on the things I needed (particularly, light bulbs). I did not like that online shopping (with picking it up yourself), you have to pay a substantial fee. Appeared to be about 15%. I understand the charge, but it goes against the current norm with most other retailers. Only complaint

Place is amazing. It has literally everything you need and a ton of stuff you don't but you'll probably end up buying anyways. I could literally spend hours here. They also have floor cleaners that drive themselves around the store which is basically free entertainment. Living in 3021.

Great hardware store for all your home improvement & construction projects. Also has those essential groceries also. This is a one-stop wonder for all your home shopping needs. Their regular 11% off rebate sales allows future cash back on purchases.
