Dirty... Tables had not been cleaned, there was trash on the floor, and lots of flies around the area of the dining room where we sat. The service was terrible.. our order was wrong and we asked for a set of utensils and a displeased employee walked to the back of the kitchen only to not return with anything. Another employee did come to ask what we needed and brought a set back a few moments later. The food was fine but everything else was as bad as any McDonalds I have been to.

I usually avoid posting reviews on chain restaurants and stores because they're all pretty darn similar. But this McDonald's avoid and find another one. Went to the kiosk and ordered my food and then stood around for another 20 minutes waiting for a hamburger fries and a filet of fish. My frozen drink was half melted. The staff just didn't care if I was there or not.

The new general manager is unprofessional and unconcerned about providing great customer service. I’ve seen the general manager toting a ton of personal bags into the restaurant as she goes in to work, as if she lives in her car, which is a very tacky, unhygienic behavior and look. Another manager was walking around with HAIR SPRAY products in her back pocket, and that’s disgusting and gross. This McDonald’s has a new look, but the appearance of the general manager makes it look like a junk yard. I’ve also heard rumors that they demote African American managers and replace them with Caucasian ones, which seems racist in my opinion. This McDonald’s has gone to the slumps since the new ownership. The general manager needs to be replaced because her appearance alone says sloppy, and then that’s followed up with her carefree attitude. Get it together McDonald’s. This was a great place before the new general manager and ownership. Personally, I believe there’s a risk that the general manager could be bringing in pests with all the loads of personal bags she brings into the restaurant. Yuck. I use to love this McDonalds but not anymore.

This place lacks customer service. As placing our order the cashier was interrupting us as we were giving our order. (This should have been our sign to leave) We get at the window our order is wrong, but cashier had the nerve to " you'll have to get back in line and reordered" ma'am you messed up our order🤷♀️. She leaves to act like she was getting the manager, but came back drinking a shake ask us to pull up to wait on our deluxe chicken sandwich. We waited for over 10 mins for an order we already ordered. A choose this place because it's literally up the street from my house. Never again the food was not made with love or care ( just saying)

Went thru drive-thru and ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. Rang up mcgriddles. Told her it was wrong. She said "got it", pull to first window. Confirmed at 1st window the correct order, was told yes. A nice place. But they continue to get my order wrong. Quarter pounder without cheese seems to always come with the cheese. Even if the slip had it annotated correctly. My beverage was carried out sideways, leaking all over. Curbside delivery person's response to that? "There should be some napkins in the bag" as they walked away...

The drive thru line was essentially stopped for a while. It took me over a half hour to get a black coffee. Unfortunately, due to the layout of the drive-through at this location, I was boxed in and unable to get out of the line in order to walk in and grab my coffee. Recommend using curbside for mobile orders at this location.

I finally had enough. I have been going here for 3 years now. Every time I go my order is not correct. They always for get to put something in the bag. Nevertheless this time I ordered thru the App (this is always the worst experience) once I arrive abs checked it it was 20 mins before some came out with my food. They asked if I had drinks and if I had received them. I did have drinks and did t receive them. He said here is my food and that my drinks were on the way out. 8 minutes later after watching 4 cars pull in go through the drive through no drinks. So I walk in and meet a worker at the door who hands me my drinks in a soaking wet tray that the drinks are seconds away from falling out of. With no straws either. The best part of this 30 min ordeal is they once again forgot to give me an item I ordered. So I had to walk back it and ask for it. This is a typical experience at this location. I don’t suggest going ever.
