We have purchased multiple mattresses from chesterfield and never had an issue. Went to the one in Fenton and the customer service needed work for sure. Decided to drive back out to Chesterfield and the Team there listened to our needs and helped us remedy any issue we thought we might have. Walked away with what we needed and the reaffirming of what and why we drive from Fenton to Chesterfield to get our mattresses!! Keep up the Great Work!!!!

Not to mention she was extremely considerate of my budget, time, and schedule. She was very kind patient and attentive to my somewhat indecisive tendencies 😬 but ultimately helped me make a great final decision and gave me a great experience!

I had a lovely experience with the gentleman there in the evenings. I walked in and he was extremely kind and helpful. He made the experience very quick and easy. He set me up with everything I needed and explained it thoroughly. Worth his weight in gold being the customers a great experience to the store. I am excited to get my mattress from them.

Once we arrived we entered into an experience. Jay was incredible! He did not just sell us a mattress but educated and assessed our needs.
