The number of price guides for collectibles is extremely limited. I had to purchase something I didn't want because I didn't have time to wait for delivery of what I wanted. I really expect better from Barnes and Noble.

Just love that this brick and mortar business is still around. There's something magical about a bookstore.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice open layout to the store, very clean. My friends and I had a great conversation with the cashier at the front and with the staff at the help desk.

Connor and Star were fabulous today. We wanted to see if we could find a book about identifying wild edibles, specifically in Missouri. They exhausted every resource at their disposal helping to search for such a book and were able to lead us to a few general selections. Unfortunately nothing struck our fancy, but we found other wanted items as well. We will be returning with our varied interests often because of their attention to detail and knowledge of their inventory. I was specifically impressed with their local interests section, for several historical reads on display, spanning the rich historical significance of our Show-Me state. It's a thoughtfully arranged collection of "something for everyone" to take home.

Lovely store, but no price matching with competition. Their board games are way overpriced. As an example, Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion is $15 less at Walmart, and $10 less at Target.

My experience was a great one! I decided to visit my local bookstore versus shopping Amazon. The service here was great. I was able to browse at leisure. When I couldn't find what I ultimately came to purchase, the kiosk staff was great. She looked twice in two areas. AND I walked out with my book in hand. I didn't have to wait for Prime delivery. Keep our stores alive, shop local!

My new favorite place to shop for books. The store is clean and has a warm atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. It’s really easy to find book recommendations here and explore new genres as their selection is so good. Online ordering is very fast too!

The people working here are awesome! I had one particular book I was looking for and I knew it'd take me an hour to find it on my own so I asked for help right away and the guy looked up my book and led me straight to it. Thanks to him I was able to be in and out in only 5 or 10 minutes tops. The lady at the check out desk was very nice as well.
