Do yourself a favor and shop at Relax The Back. That was one of the best sales expereinces I have ever had anywhere with any product. Thorough, patient, and extremely informative. Updates and delivery were timely, efficient and friendly. I purchased an X-Chair which I absolutely love. Well worth the money. Nothing you will find at a big box store can compare.

Lisa Holsten was fantastic. Lots of great advice and answered all questions. Very knowledgeable! It’s hard to know if you will really love a chair until you’ve actually sat in it. Can’t do that online. I ended up buying a totally different chair than I came to try out! Would recommend!

Very helpful, I would do business again. Update 8/2021: while the store was helpful, the chair that I purchased didn’t live up to expectations. I bought the Humanscale freedom chair with headrest. While I bought the chair at a discount from Relax the Back, I’m concerned about the quality. This is not a cheap chair with price hovering around $1K. The chair has been noisy with creaks and have only gotten louder and worse with time. A google search would show this is a common complain about the chair. It’s been only 1 year and the noise is driving me crazy. I’d stay away and look at different brands.

Excellent Customer Service! I bought a Travellite Seat Cushion as a Christmas gift for my sister from the Clayton, Mo store even through I live in Denver, so she can return it if necessary. The store manager PERSONALLY delivered it to my nephews house, since it was on his way home.
