My boyfriend bought a promise ring from this location and the guy who helped us said he could cut the ring down there at the store and he can’t they have to send it out so he gave us the ring that they have on display so we had to take it to the Kay’s in Canton to help us get it sized down for me. Now it cost $70 just to get it resized. We will not be going to this location again to get any type of jewelry.

Nice staff help alot Bit expensive but you can't put a price on love.i left my 1 carat diamond cross to hopefully get a clasp and safety chain Thank goodness my chain was insured. It's my cross but I bought a new one til I get mine in a few weeks It came from England. No restroom handicap parking no entrance. It's very beautiful. Ok guys see ya there. Ok update necklace to long. Now I would have to take it back and it be gone for weeks. Uh nope I'm very sad

Awful customer service. We had an appointment for ear piercing at 11:30. I was told we had to make an appointment. Only for the lady who does the piercing to take another customer at our appointment time. We waited for 40 minutes after our appointment before leaving and taking our business to another local jewler.

Kay Jewelers Alliance is my favorite Kays! Haley is the best! I brought my ring for semi annual checkup. She went above and beyond to take care of my need. She is a ray of sunshine in a world of poor customer service. Give this girl a raise!!!

We bought a $3,000 ring from here several months ago. I need appraisal papers in order to add it to our insurance (in case of theft). I’ve contacted them a number of times, and they always tell me the same thing: We’re waiting on our appraisal forms and will contact you when we get them in. The ring is amazing but the follow up is not.
