I love this store!!! There is so much to chose from and great prices. The stuff is friendly and even when the lines get long they pull employees to ring and get you through quickly!

Big Store, huge & nice collection, quality of the products is good. Sorting in Shelves can be improved. There is definitely huge scope for improvement in organizing and better presentation in some sections like pottery, home decor. Billing queue is horrible only 3 counters for 3 lines of queue. Took almost an hour to get billed.

Beware of the billing que...we had a long waiting que for billing...only two people are handling the billing in that one is taking so long time to bill each customer and having fun with other staff...when the line is this much big three people are working on folding clothes on back chatting each other ..it took almost 45 min to complete billing for item..poor management...

VERY helpful staff! I was looking for an ash-tray-like item and, while TJ Maxx/HomeGoods don't carry ash trays, I was very impressed that the person helping me remembered a suitable item that was on a clearance shelf - barely visible. Would definitely visit here again!

Staff was amazing and friendly for how busy they were when I was there. 1 star though for this door art.. "Rise up AGAINST autism" and "Together we can DEFEAT autism"? People who have autism need to be accepted and met where they are. Not changed. This display is absolutely appalling and unacceptable! I talked with one of the cashiers and they were very kind and concerned about the door as well.

Store is clean and organized but the checkout process is ridiculous. Every time you go to check out it is easily a 30 minute wait without fail and every time we go and wait we see people leaving empty handed because they can't stand the wait anymore. It's frustrating because you see so many workers standing around but only two to three registers open at a time.

Variety of products are usually good. At times their prices seem to be higher than what one would expect. Of late there is a real problem as to the number of cashiers working when the checkout line continues to grow. We have set items back and walked out due to the extraordinary long line and wait time to checkout due to only having 2 cashiers. Why can't the many associates stocking shelves be trained as cashiers to alleviate the wait times?

WARNING: Checkout line extremely long every single day from 4pm til close. Store VERY, very understaffed and poorly trained. Store managers are clueless. You can't offer a meager $12 bucks an hour and expect good quality employees to sign up or stick around. Invest in better wages and benefits, open more registers. Maybe then so many of your customers wouldn't be walking out empty-handed. 🙄
