Drove 25 miles 1 way . To get a toy . Said they had 2 . Got their didn't have any . The guy just said sorry. 50 mes for nothing .

A lot of times the prices ring up higher than the sticker shows. Or items will have different prices for different locations through the store. I enjoy shopping here but that is frustrating and happens every time. Also the bathrooms are rarely very clean. Please address these and I will change my rating.

Clean over all, nice employees over all. One gentleman had to help me reach the top shelf for w box because I'm so short and he stands over 6 foot!!!

I just want to say that there was an employee that went over and beyond to help me today. I was looking for an item for my kid's for their lunches. I have not been able to find this item for at least my previous 5 trips to the store. I asked the nearest employee, Adina, if she could help me out. Not only was she kind enough to stop and listen, she went to the back, found, and returned with as many boxes as she could hold. I was extremely thankful. Lately customer service everywhere has gone downhill but I must say that Adina is the kind of employee that any company would want to represent their store!

Target stores have a very welcoming feel. The products are placed in pleasing displays, the lighting in the store is nice & bright, I do not think I have ever had a bad experience with an employee

Good variety, Good customer service, excellent feedback on products that I was interested in. Employees did not hesitate Checking pices for me. Employee gave me location of products in the store. The Cashier at check out went out of his way to package my items carefully. Abd he did it with a smile. Good visit...

Bought some tea to help with my covid battle. The tea gave me food poisoning as it expired in 2018. Maybe learn to stock properly and toss expired products...how does something that old get missed for that long? Nothing like food poisoning and covid at the same time.

This store clearly doesn't do inventory. The in-store inventory on the app is inaccurate far too often. People keep talking about these magical experiences they have at their Target stores.. sadly, this store is the "Walmart" of Target stores. Even with the app saying they had 5 of an item in stock, there were actually none. And the sales associate put it off to shoplifting. Somebody shoplifted an item completely out of stock and you didn't notice? Whew. Got it from Amazon, and at a lower price at that!

It was the first time, in almost 20 yrs, that I actually visited a target store. I had a gift card and I was trying to find the nearest location. Huber heights was the closest. It was a memorable experience. Great people, easy to find products, and a very clean establishment. Very 'fresh' looking inside. Parking was great for a Sunday afternoon. Excellent recommendation for anyone who enjoys target shopping.
